On the latest episode of the Freshly Squeezed Podcast, host Tom Lemmon sat down with Owain Chambers, Director of Capital Markets at Lenvi – the UK fintech which provides a range of servicing and risk management solutions in the capital markets.

The pair discussed the year so far, and explored which new asset classes could be seen in the market in the coming months. They also looked at the continuing interest in green financing products like solar ABS and heat pump securitizations.

Finally Owain also discussed Lenvi’s report on housing in the UK, called The Generation Gap, which amongst other things, looked at the rising appetite for equity release mortgages and securitizations of those products.
