She has 18 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, HR, and talent management for public businesses and NGOs across education, transportation, hospitality, and public safety industries. Her current role is with the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport where she serves as the Performance Manager with scope over organizational and employee development, retention programs, performance systems, DEIB, and workforce planning.

Michele Lau Torres is a self-proclaimed people champion with a passion for culture transformation. She is passionate about leadership, inclusion, innovation, and driving enterprise value through people, strategy, and implementation.
