Episode 36 is about being aware of the stories that you live your life by. Are you painting yourself as the victim or leading character role in your life? The words you tell yourself matter; they are your paintbrush. Whether spoken aloud or in your thoughts, they direct your brain on where to look and how to perceive people, things, and situations. Your internal belief systems are being reflected in your external world. Change your inner dialogue, thoughts, and beliefs, and your external world will change to match. It is the law of assumption. As Joe Dispenza said, "Your outer world is a reflection of your inner reality." What kind of life are you going to paint for yourself?
