Jason Zittel was introduced to motocross (MX) at a young age, during the end of the 250R era, where he learned to build 2-stroke engines on a budget. Coming from a military family, Jason followed the tradition and started learning to ride ATVs at a farm in New York, which helped foster his love for ATV riding.
At the age of 12, Jason raced his first race on an LT 80, wide-eyed and happy to finish, with other riders awaiting him at the finish line to encourage and congratulate him. His journey took him from Wyoming to Arizona, where he heard about the WORCS races and finally got to race on the tracks he had read about in magazines. He made friends on the West Coast and teamed up with Ian Thomas to form Team Blind, supporting the Injured Warriors.
Jason's story is one of inspiration, showcasing his journey from an outsider to an integral part of the racing community.
