This is Rachel Joy's story—
When Rachel was 19 when she told her mom that she wanted to be great, but she fell into a depression. Rachel desperately wanted a way out of the darkness surrounding her.
Rachel grew up feeling a lack of self-confidence, very depressed and anxious. She wasn't very uncomfortable in her skin. Rachel's mom is a coach and specialist in recovery, and she knows the ins and outs of the mental health industry.
One day Rachel said to her, "Mom, I know I have greatness within me. I want to be great. I just don't know how to be great." A week later, Rachel was on a plane to a residential treatment center. From here, Racheal was able to allow herself to heal with no distractions. This began her journey to greatness!
Rachel became a Board-Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in NLP, EFT, T.I.M.E. Techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Life and Success Coaching. She now helps women "claim their power to become unstoppable in pursuing their dreams!"
