The more we win the more likely we are to win. The more we lose the more likely we are to lose. What's important is here is not how anyone outside of ourselves perceives what "winning" or "losing" is. What matters is how we identify with the outcomes.
If we feel like we "win" at things we're going to be way more successful at sticking with them. If we feel like we "lose" at things we're going to be way more likely to give up.
And when it comes to health and fitness, consistency over the long term is the most important thing. Period.
