4. You're the only person who can order stock properly, and it doesn't get done on time. (You're running out of essential supplies). (07:20).

5 Signs That You Might Be The Bottleneck in Your Own Business:

1. Are you involved in every single decision in the Salon? (10:00).
2. Are you avoiding delegating things, because you believe it's quicker/easier just to do it yourself? (11:00).
3. Are you the only one who knows exactly how everything works in your Business? (12:00).
4. Are you spending all of your time working IN your Business, and not ON it? (13:30).
5. Does your Team feel empowered to take initiative and do things on their own? (14:00).

How to Stop Being the Bottleneck in Your Business:

1. Do a Time Audit. Where and how are you spending your time? (21:00).
