So as I go along in my journey, I want to share these tips and

resources with you as well.

My favorite hack is called grounding.

Speaker:

This is the way in which we connect with earth and the sun.

Speaker:

These are the natural resources that are available to us for balancing our

Speaker:

internal energy, for releasing stress.

Speaker:

And for bringing in all the goodness that we want in life.

Speaker:

Alright, let's dive in into today's topic.

Speaker:

Today I wanted to talk about manifesting or really why

Speaker:

you might not be manifesting.

Speaker:

Now truth is that you are always manifesting whether you believe it or not

Speaker:

this is absolutely true because you're always attracting everything around

Speaker:

you that is a vibrational match to you.

Speaker:

Now if you are feeling sad or if you're feeling frustrated you might

Speaker:

be creating those similar things around you and often your reality will

Speaker:

tell you where you are vibrating at.

Speaker:

So you are manifesting all the time.

Speaker:

It's just a law of nature.

Speaker:

It's a law of this universe.

Speaker:

But what we have to do is we have to start manifesting at a level that we want.

Speaker:

So if you want to create your dream house, if you want to have a soulmate, if you

Speaker:

want to have a job or a work that really nourishes you and supports you, then you

Speaker:

want to be thinking about what is it, how can you actually tweak your manifesting

Speaker:

so that you are manifesting what you want.

Speaker:

So let's talk about the most common reason why we might not be manifesting.

Speaker:

And you might have already guessed this one.

Speaker:

Most of us think we are.

Speaker:

are operating from a place of lack.

Speaker:

So there is an inherent belief that we do not have something.

Speaker:

And when we start with that vibration, guess what?

Speaker:

We get more of that.

Speaker:

So if you wanted to attract a soulmate and you were thinking, Oh, my friend has

Speaker:

a really cool boyfriend, and so on, you're actually operating from a place of lack.

Speaker:

Now the trick to reverse this is actually to train your mind to think positively.

Speaker:

Think about the blessings that you have instead.

Speaker:

For example, you could think about water.

Speaker:

Maybe you have access to drinking water.

Speaker:

A lot of people in the world today unfortunately do not have access

Speaker:

to pure, clean drinking water.

Speaker:

Maybe you have a very healthy body.

Speaker:

There are people that you would know even who do not have a very well

Speaker:

functioning body or they might even have terminal illnesses and so on.

Speaker:

So just thank yourself for that.

Speaker:

Maybe you live in a nice place, even if it's small, even if it is however it is,

Speaker:

it's a nice place where you can be by yourself, or you can have your family

Speaker:

and friends around, whatever that space is, just be grateful to that first,

Speaker:

before you start creating the house.

Speaker:

If you wanted to have a really good soulmate, you could start by thinking

Speaker:

how amazing you are with friends.

Speaker:

You could start by thinking about stuff where you are blessed in relationships.

Speaker:

Maybe you have a really good family.

Speaker:

Maybe you have some really good friends.

Speaker:

Maybe you've known some people for a really long time.

Speaker:

Or maybe you just connect with people really well.

Speaker:

But think about those and offer gratitude for those.

Speaker:

Gratitude is a very simple and easy antidote to that feeling of lack.

Speaker:

When you come to gratitude, when you come to really counting your blessings,

Speaker:

truly everything else just starts to fade away because the more you are in

Speaker:

gratitude, you realize how much stuff is absolutely amazing around you.

Speaker:

So that's tip one.

Speaker:

Just operate from a place where you feel full.

Speaker:

When you start with that, then that's what the universe will give you more.

Speaker:

The second main one is what I term as havingness.

Speaker:

So how much can you have something?

Speaker:

Think of this as your ability to dream.

Speaker:

So let's say you wanted to have a million dollars one fine day and

Speaker:

you are thinking, Oh, why am I not manifesting this lottery yet?

Speaker:

But maybe you haven't dreamed it at that level.

Speaker:

Maybe you are still operating at a place where just 10,

Speaker:

000 is a lot or 20K is a lot.

Speaker:

So get yourself to really dream at that next level where you want to go.

Speaker:

What you could do is if you went to a shopping mall, for example, just pick

Speaker:

up the really expensive handbags, put them around you, just walk in that

Speaker:

or just see yourself holding that.

Speaker:

See yourself having really luxurious plane trips if you wanted

Speaker:

to manifest a million dollars.

Speaker:

But really start feeling yourself dreaming like that is happening.

Speaker:

And then you start vibrating at that frequency, which will

Speaker:

manifest more of what you desire.

Speaker:

This is where vision boards also come in really handy.

Speaker:

Now the third most common one is permission.

Speaker:

So if you have been operating from a place where you can feel it, if you're

Speaker:

not really coming from a place of lack, but you're still going, Hey, where's

Speaker:

my hunky dory partner right now?

Speaker:

I still don't see this person.

Speaker:

Then you have to give yourself permission for this.

Speaker:

So permission is have you allowed yourself?

Speaker:

What might be standing in the way could be your conscious beliefs.

Speaker:

And it could also be your unconscious beliefs.

Speaker:

Some things you will know.

Speaker:

Just hear your thoughts and you can go, Oh my God, I was thinking about that.

Speaker:

So that's something that you can work on.

Speaker:

So let's say if you wanted to, again, earn a lot more, maybe your

Speaker:

thoughts are, Oh, I can never do that.

Speaker:

And if that's the thought and that will not really materialize, right?

Speaker:

Some of these thoughts could be very unconscious.

Speaker:

Maybe you have a pattern that runs in your family.

Speaker:

Maybe your family believes that money is to be earned with a lot of hard work.

Speaker:

And you will notice this by just looking at your family members.

Speaker:

You'll notice this by what your mom and dad are saying,

Speaker:

or cousins are speaking about.

Speaker:

There's a theme, there's a theme to what we match at a family level.

Speaker:

So just think of those family agreements.

Speaker:

and patterns that you might be carrying.

Speaker:

And then the trick is to just rewire yourself.

Speaker:

Start saying something which is completely the opposite.

Speaker:

Start saying something that is empowering.

Speaker:

So if the family belief is that you must work really hard so that then you can

Speaker:

get some money, you can start telling yourself, Hey, I earn money with ease.

Speaker:

And just practice saying that again and again and again, till it actually

Speaker:

starts feeling a little bit real.

Speaker:

In the beginning, it might feel totally foreign, but what you are doing is you are

Speaker:

training your body to that new frequency.

Speaker:

And you are allowing it to feel safe with that.

Speaker:

You see, your body acts like a gatekeeper as well.

Speaker:

So if in the past you had a really bad relationship, a very toxic relationship

Speaker:

where you felt unsafe, the next time when you want to manifest a relationship,

Speaker:

your body is remembering all of those experiences and going, no, no, no,

Speaker:

no, we don't want a relationship.

Speaker:

So you might be wanting to manifest a relationship.

Speaker:

But your body is not ready.

Speaker:

So with the permission, with the affirmations, you are just letting your

Speaker:

body breathe and feel relaxed with that new mindset, with that new manifesting

Speaker:

project that you are working towards.

Speaker:

You want to feel comfortable so that when you get it, it feels like

Speaker:

yes, that was always meant for you.

Speaker:

There's no shock.

Speaker:

That's what the body wants to ensure.

Speaker:

So you can just give it a lot more permission.

Speaker:

I'm going to give you some bonus material here as well.

Speaker:

You learned about the three reasons for manifesting, but what I've found in my

Speaker:

coaching is that we still don't understand where it is that we are lacking.

Speaker:

Like we still don't understand our blocks all the time.

Speaker:

So I'm just going to give you some clues here.

Speaker:

Everything in this dual world, in this dual universe is really about balance

Speaker:

if you started thinking about it.

Speaker:

And manifesting is simply the same as well.

Speaker:

If you are balanced, if you are operating from harmony, that is what

Speaker:

the universe will give back to you.

Speaker:

So chances are there are places that you are either lacking or there are places

Speaker:

where you hold some internal fears where whatever you want to manifest,

Speaker:

your dream just cannot come through.

Speaker:

So think through it.

Speaker:

One of the most common imbalances that I see is between the divine feminine

Speaker:

and the divine masculine energies.

Speaker:

Now, we all have divine feminine and divine masculine

Speaker:

energies inside us, our own.

Speaker:

It doesn't matter what our body gender is, we all have our own internal feminine

Speaker:

and own internal masculine energies.

Speaker:

The masculine energy is a lot around providing, it's a lot

Speaker:

around doing all of the actions.

Speaker:

Feminine energy is a lot around receiving, it's around resting, it's

Speaker:

around intuition and attracting.

Speaker:

But if you have a disharmony, then that would make you feel disconnected and it

Speaker:

just means that the universe cannot give you what you're really wanting to seek.

Speaker:

So if you are holding some bias against certain genders, like if you have a belief

Speaker:

that, hey, women are bad or men are bad, anything like that, that just means that

Speaker:

you have an imbalance somewhere because in its neutral, purest form, nothing's bad.

Speaker:

Everything's made from source.

Speaker:

Everything's divine.

Speaker:

So just work on those feelings.

Speaker:

Wherever you feel like you hold a knot against another gender, for example, you

Speaker:

could just think about people that you know who are in that gender who are good.

Speaker:

Maybe you could even research some people on media and it doesn't mean that you

Speaker:

have to like them a hundred percent.

Speaker:

It could just mean that you like them somewhat, and you

Speaker:

like certain aspects about them.

Speaker:

There's nobody who's totally bad and who's totally good.

Speaker:

It's just our perspective on it.

Speaker:

So that's one way to look at it.

Speaker:

Other things you could look at to understand your disharmony is you could

Speaker:

just look at the elements themselves.

Speaker:

For example, look at air, do you feel okay if you are in a nice wide open space

Speaker:

or do you prefer a closed environment?

Speaker:

Are you okay if it's windy or are you not okay if it's windy?

Speaker:

And now ask yourself if you're not okay if it's windy, why is that so?

Speaker:

If I ask myself the same question and I'm pretty much to the last

Speaker:

stages of working through it, is I don't like the wind because I don't

Speaker:

like my hair coming on my face.

Speaker:

And it seems very simple answer at first, but the more I dig into it,

Speaker:

I don't like my hair coming into my face because it hides a part of me.

Speaker:

So freedom is a very important value for me.

Speaker:

Freedom is what I want to give out to everyone else as well.

Speaker:

And when I feel that's hindered, then I'm not in my best element.

Speaker:

But just having that balance and being okay, like not being

Speaker:

triggered with wind, but just being like, Hey, this is one part.

Speaker:

And this is how wind works.

Speaker:

This is how air works.

Speaker:

The same air that allows me to breathe and do this podcast, that

Speaker:

same air is super necessary as well.

Speaker:

We just meet during the new moon and full moon, but we balance

and harmonize our bodies.

Whatever you might be feeling in your body, you'll start feeling

a lot of harmony and a lot of connection coming back into your life.

Speaker:

So wherever you felt frustrated, that starts going away and instead you

Speaker:

start feeling a lot more fuller, a lot more connected with people around you.
