We could all use a break at this point. On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking an Amen Corner while Ben is drinking a Sh*t From My Bar Sour. Recipes below.

Amen Corner

• 5 Mint Leaves
• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
• Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with as many brandied cherries as you can fit on a pick.

Sh*t From My Bar Sour

• 2 oz Misery Mixture*
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup or Raspberry Syrup or whatever but if it’s flavored make sure it comes from a plastic bottle
• *Misery Mixture is a combination of all bottles in your bar that have less than six ounces remaining. Combine them into a single container and shake or whatever.
• Combine misery, juice, and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a red Solo cup.
