7:23am, Saturday 28th November

Just having a mug of tea as I write these show notes, which is quite unusual as I would normally be out running at this point and I certainly wouldn't have squeezed a break in beforehand.

I don't have an excuse, just a reason. Baby, it's cold outside.

For the first time in a long time, there is an early morning frost and tbh I am just putting off my run for a few more precious minutes.

(consequently these may be the longest set of TFM notes ever)

There has been rather a lot going on this week. I have started to come to terms with a syndrome, uncovered a knitwear-based conspiracy, and realised that lockdown may mark the end of a little foodie tradition.

And if that lot wasn't enough, I have a new speed-fire round for a Friday and a spooky little turn of events that re-united me with an old friend.
