Melanie's journey in recruitment started at Finlay James, in a 360 recruitment role, before transitioning into Talent Acquisition at AO.com, where she played a pivotal role in building out the sales function. However, her journey came full circle when she returned to agency life, joining a global recruitment firm, Oscar, in 2018. Here, Melanie's impact was profound as she contributed significantly to the company's growth, spearheading the opening of multiple offices and naturally elevating her career to Head Of People and Culture
