Are you a lightworker or an empath.
In this episode I explain what lightworkers are and the role they play in healing and in raising our future vibrations. There is a reason so many celebrities, healers and spiritual teachers are Lightworkers...they feel good to be around. They also help others dig through their own shadows to find the light and love, ignite self healing, and are powerful manifesters.
I will also discuss Empaths, and their ability to feel the pain and emotions of others and transmute it. Even from simply over hearing an argument or watching a violent movie. If you’ve ever been told “You’re too sensitive,” or feel ill or extremely tired around toxic people or situations, then there is a good chance you're an empath...Fear not, it’s a special gift when understood and embraced.
I will also mention:
- How to stay clear of toxic relationships (Abusers love lightworkers and empaths)
- Tips to replenish your energy from emotional vampires
- How to heal and let go from past pain
- How to embrace your light and share your gifts
