Remember to Breathe It seems easy enough that we shouldn't have to be reminded. However, when we find ourselves in a state of panic, fear, anger, or sadness, sometimes we need to be reminded.
My jiu-jitsu coach is regularly reminding me to breathe because I'm unknowingly holding my breath while trying to execute a move. We can all use a reminder.
