Wow! The podcast has reached nearly 10,000 downloads and this is the 30th episode!! I am continually blown away by the feedback and every week I get comments and messages from people saying how much they are enjoying the podcast.
I wanted to do something special to celebrate so I am delighted and very excited to be sharing the 30th episode which is a conversation with my partner, Graeme Waterfield.
We have started teaching together this year, so we thought it would be fun to have a chat about intimate relationships and our experience, the beautiful parts and the not so easy stuff!
We explore how to grow a relationship from the strongest foundations, what makes for a healthy intimate relationship, relationships as a spiritual practice, the healing power of unconditional love, how to deal with ‘the crunchy bits’ - the difficult stuff, how to see your partner with fresh eyes, the importance of loving yourself within relationship, some practices that we use regularly in our relationship and much more!
