00:02:21Hey, welcome to the show. Can you tell us about your personal Journey as an entrepreneur great. So when I was starting out when I was really young, when I was 14 years old, my family financially, we're not sound. So when I go on to my journey, my mother kind of Life got me. I had to learn and become an instructor to teach yoga a Robux line. Dancing to support myself to school. So over the years. I've been working and helping myself to Canal, become my entrepreneur. I am today because during a time, when I was fourteen years ago. I learned the value of money because I had to pay for school fees. I had to put food on the table and support my family and a younger brother as well. So it is really, really not easy to get started with matching Waking Up. 5 a.m. In the morning to go to

::

00:04:21Repeat again, in Michigan for international. So winning this to competitions, kind of open up my doors and then the rest is history that I save enough money as well, to become an image consultant. And then I started my old Academy on the exact thing you're in 2006 because I had already built more than five years and years of experience to build my own strength and skill as instructor and speaker. So that that went on and eventually, I became such a fantastic story and I think it would. I appreciate it about it. The most is that you didn't give up a lot of people would have those early experiences through school and teaching and

::

00:05:58Wow, that's fantastic. So I think you've talked about it a little bit. But what is your Big Y? What drives you to empower women to go after what they want. So a little bit more on my journey to add on to this piece because after that, I started to look into my time. I just wanted to stop trading time for money because being a consultant on your consulting fee for a couple of death. I found that I didn't want to be, you know, just in case and when I work, I get paid, when I work, I get paid, when I work, I get paid. When I don't work, I don't get paid. So it came to a point where I wanted to go online. So I went online and there was when during the same. I started at Cafe retail chain with some of the Mind business partners. And we grew to a

::

00:07:19I wasn't able to travel as frequent, right? So I was asking myself. How can I go online? So, I had a webcam. I bought a, my internet at a computer. I said, she can I do something outside of my time when I was handling the cafe business. So what I did was I say, okay, let's do webinars. So I learned how to do webinars and that's how I got started. So why why do why do I realized after moving after doing so many things in my life, my field in my calling and my purpose is to help women because I have gone through shit. Since I was 14, I mean tough times and going through stuff and gone into debt, you know, almost bankrupt and then, you know, doing offline business now online in across my first million and then pass by 10 million and what I ask myself

::

00:09:19So that, you know, we can support each other. You must remember, when a woman changes her life, her entire Community benefits, a family husband, the kids friends around her will all benefit, because her life is strange.

::

00:10:38I have six hours a day. Also encourage. My woman's to do baby steps. I think that's really important. Just when you do baby steps and you have courage and support, it can really ignite the power of your own influence because when they're supporting each other, when there is like my women within a community, you just need each other, to discuss the same thing. Sometimes your spouse or your family may not be the right people to discuss things. We do drinks with, because if you saying or why can't, you just take care of the kids, so I can't you just, you know, to your job and do what you are supposed to do, right? But then again, when we have our Sisterhood, that's when two women, Kim can come together and say eat let's step out of your comfort zone.

::

00:11:57I think it's great and and you've built such a large Network. I know that it's working and I I really love the idea of having women in community supporting each other because I think that really helps women get over their fears a little too. Perfect.

::

00:12:35So, how did you, how did you build Soul rich woman? I mean, it's one of the leading women support groups in Southeast Asia. Well, we are the leading female entrepreneur platform helping women to go online. And what we do is mainly, digital marketing and we walk a lot on social media with sending. You know, how did they get themselves out there? Being teased about the question about, how do I build? So rich woman? I mean, I really thank God for the thing for internet and things showing up every single day. That's really, very important because when I first started, I was doing webbing ask every every day and every week, every week, first four almost for a year for 53 episodes and it was about an hour and a half long. So I just share just be one chapter a hero or of everybody. Right? One chapter.

::

00:14:35400 /, 250 and then the rest is history. Today. We have our connecting almost 200,000 women across the region and showing up everyday. So the question would be, how do I show up? So I show up in the webinar has previously. I was doing Periscope this well, then I moved to Facebook live. And basically I was doing Facebook lives every single day to reach out to women and really bring online. Why? So rich woman Focus so much on only online because I find it online is the gateway to really reaching out to 1 million women, you know, that's what we want to do, to help them to go from offline to online, and then build your dreams online. So showing up and being consistent at 2, p things that I've done to be so rich woman.

::

00:16:24It's not easy. And and I do to always ask myself all my guys. I'm out on the right track that, you know, so I do go to my old self. Write. Do you know, am I doing this correctly and nobody on my webinar today. Got me all this whole mindset, crazy, self-doubt cramping, and really a mint already. Got my mind. He he taught me how to structure and clean out, my check out how to build another company through a great company. So that was pretty important.

::

00:18:08Some friends online and social media campaigns for women lead to businesses. So that's $10 for the direct result. You look for Mentor, right? Then is it how about indirect result in your own country and you want to come into southeast Asia? So, you come to some rich woman because of a result that I've built at the platform Soul through over the years, right? So you look for the indirect results of, these are two ways that you can kind of qualify yourself when looking for Metro.

::

00:18:49Abbott announcement, or just ask.

::

00:19:16I think that's great. So you are a very successful woman and I'm curious. How do you set your goals and then work toward achieving them doing them?

::

00:20:28Similar to an affirmation. I always like to do this realization. I think our mind is a very powerful tool. So, no, I sent my mind before I sleep and then when I wake up in the morning, I have my own routine where I know, look at the things I need to do and I visualize what I want to achieve. I'm on a daily basis and a weekly basis. Last but not least you at right now. I have a team of 21. Go to assistants who are in Philippines, Malaysia, Ireland, Dublin Citrus, sold, that really is important because we can never go alone. We must have a team so that we can do what we do best in a zone of Genius.

::

00:21:47Absolutely, and I think that's what you mean about alignments in some ways like and you seem to different ways of doing it and you feel more aligned doing it online. So you're focusing all of your energy. Yeah, and you'd be surprised to know that my team my entire team is women.

::

00:22:12Cuz we can do anything and then for biting opportunities for women to, you know. And still be able to earn an income is really important.

::

00:22:39Is that right? Yes, that's right. Blue is my favorite color.

::

00:22:53My headphones are blue.

::

00:23:15I mean off at school, but I love blue eyes, like mine has a pink logo is peeing. My father peeing, my pennies pink face more like a branding thing, but personally in my own life, my head is blue. My blue. Jean denim. I love blue little, little little things that I

::

Like when I saw my image consultant I was so happy to see green in my color palette and its really great. I so my eyes are green and then when I wear certain certain tones of green, it looks really great. So it was a blessing when I realized my favorite color is also something I can wear green, emerald green.
