Yes.
Speaker B:
Did you perfect the dough and getting it in the okay, because I still haven't.
Speaker B:
We have a dual fuel pizza oven and I really appreciate that because we don't always have time on a weekdays to heat it up with.
Speaker C:
So here's the secret.
Speaker C:
Let it sit on the counter for four or five hours.
Speaker C:
It needs to be room temperature when you do it.
Speaker B:
Okay.
Speaker C:
If you pull it right out of the fridge and try to do something with it, ain't gonna happen.
Speaker B:
It's like bringing a steak to room temperature.
Speaker B:
Before you sear it.
Speaker C:
You need to let it sit out there for three or four hours and get nice and war and take it out of the plastics because it's going to be tight in that plastic, but yeah, kind of release it, put it in a, like a lightly floured mixing bowl and just cover it and let it just rise again in that and get a room temperature.
Speaker C:
And then you could make a large pizza out of that.
Speaker C:
But if you do it, then you're gonna have this thick crust when it's cold, this thick crust weird pizza that you can't get the dough, it'll always shrink back.
Speaker C:
It's all about keeping that okay.
Speaker B:
Because my pizzas end up looking like calzones because you.
Speaker B:
I flick it in there and it just flops over on itself and makes.
Speaker A:

They're expecting like every time you turn around.

So if you're tightening your building envelope, whatever you're doing a zip system, then they're saying, okay, you need mechanical ventilation.

All of this cost falls onto the home homeowner.

And my question becomes, if the homeowner can barely pay their mortgage, how are they expected to make these changes and implement them?
Speaker D:
And I think that's one thing the building industry isn't taking into account.
Speaker D:
They're saying, okay, if you're going to build energy efficiency, then you got to put this state of the art ventilation system and how do the people afford it?
Speaker D:
And then if you don't do it, then you're living in a building envelope that's making you sick.
Speaker D:
So then we get back to the whole point of like now the occupants unhealthy.
Speaker D:
Now we're running up medical bills, now we're running up the cost of health insurance in this country.
Speaker D:
So it's like I've always thought for a long time that if you were actually making smart choices with your house, somehow that should be allocated or or basically allowing you to have some sort of break in your health insurance.
Speaker D:
So if you're making these changes to have a better environment, why wouldn't your health insurance or the cost of it be reduced?
Speaker D:
And those two things like home improvement and health care, there's this disconnect and it really should be more of a.
