Larissa Mills is the Founder of "The Mental Game Academy" and Cognitive Behavioural Sports Specialist. She is equipping athletes, coaches and parents with mental skills, healthy phone habits to help them feel confident and thrive in their sports. If athletes have been on phones for 16, 000 hours by 16 they are losing gaps in their psychological development making it more challenging to coach and teach.
Her programs are in schools, academies, and sports leagues globally. We can change the culture of schools and sports. The key is changing behaviour by simply creating phone routines for all.
