We are feeling beings, yet many of us let our minds fully control us. In today’s age, we are taught to think before we act, figure out what the most logical course of action is, and rely solely on our brains to make every decision. Many of us have a disconnect from our emotions, and the thought of being in our bodies can be scary or new. Through trauma or uncomfortable experiences, we have slowly evolved to dissociate from our bodies and identify with our thoughts instead of our feelings. However, in order to be fully present in this human experience, we have to find the balance between thoughts and emotions, as both are teachers and guides. Tapping into your emotions can be the most crucial step you take in letting Spirit in and learning how to let intuition be your guide.

In this spiral, Michael talks about how to become present in your body, how to listen to your emotions to identify what they’re trying to tell you, and how negative emotions can be the most powerful teacher in showing us areas that need to be healed.
