Favorite Quote

“The first thing I recommend to people is to connect to your purpose, why you are here in this earth suit. What's the reason, and remind yourself as soon as you get up, wake up in the morning, don't pop out of bed, breathe into your body, do a check on yourself and remind yourself of that purpose.” - Laurie Ellington
