In this episode we double click on the critical skill of adapting to constant change. This is synonymous with Adaptability Quotient (AQ) which measures someone's ability to adapt.

Even with over 26 years of leadership experience, John says that his skill for adapting to change has been informed for 51 years - his life span to date. He brings us quickly into the understanding that adapting to change is truly a human experience, and one that we have been experiencing throughout our lives.
