I didn't know.
Speaker:When I created Conscious Home, I didn't realize what I would be
Speaker:creating would be the blueprint.
Speaker:And when I was creating it, I was creating it keyed into a place or connected to my
Speaker:intuition, my guides, thinking to myself, not only is this what I need, but this is
Speaker:my every day, and I'm not gonna lie half believing that like, yeah, this resonates
Speaker:with me, but I'm just basically speaking my truth and putting it down on paper
Speaker:and then turning it into a business.
Speaker:I really wasn't expecting it to be such an integral part of not
Speaker:only my every day, but my soul.
Speaker:Print my remembrance.
Speaker:Welcome home, everybody that is to the Conscious Home Podcast.
Speaker:And I'm your host, blanche Garcia.
Speaker:So why do I say blueprint?
Speaker:I say blueprint because when we're creating something that is completely
Speaker:based, like it's connected to who we are, it's our soul, it's imprinted.
Speaker:It's coming from an authentic place.
Speaker:And not only that, it's divine inspiration, meaning that when people
Speaker:created throughout history, Mozart, Marie Clary, like you name whoever,
Speaker:created something really magnificent and of course conscious home.
Speaker:But whenever you're creating.
Speaker:Art.
Speaker:Whenever you're putting your soul out there in a tangible form, like
Speaker:in business, in music, in art, in a building, whatever you're creating,
Speaker:it feels sometimes so in alignment and so authentic to who you are that you
Speaker:don't realize the magnitude of who it's gonna affect and the imprint it's gonna
Speaker:put out into the world just by being.
Speaker:Completely authentic just by being completely you because it is so
Speaker:ingrained in who you are that you think you're just having fun.
Speaker:You're just kind of telling your story.
Speaker:You're putting it out there in written form.
Speaker:In in materialistic form, right?
Speaker:Same thing with Conscious Home.
Speaker:It came out of a need in 2020 when I was at my tipping
Speaker:point, my spiritual awakening.
Speaker:One of them I had before another one, but this was like.
Speaker:The big one.
Speaker:This was the one that rocked me to my core.
Speaker:The thunderbolt that completely shifted who I was, not only
Speaker:as a human, but as a being.
Speaker:And it was the one that said to me, blanche, there was before 2020 U.
Speaker:And then there was after 2020 U. And a lot of the things that I did in my
Speaker:life that I thought that were just like, these are my normal, rudimentary
Speaker:ways of taking care of myself.
Speaker:Yes, I had always been a strong person, a leader person, like
Speaker:someone who's in leadership.
Speaker:I've always, you know, fought for who I was.
Speaker:And was sure of what I believed in feather messages.
Speaker:1, 1, 1, you name it.
Speaker:Those were like my regular everyday language, but I didn't realize
Speaker:that A, my spiritual hygiene, I was calling in different things
Speaker:and my, also my nervous system.
Speaker:I was calling in different support that I didn't realize that everybody didn't do.
Speaker:And when 2020 hit, and I really was not only breaking down, but breaking through.
Speaker:And in that spiritual awakening.
Speaker:I realized that those things weren't just my spiritual,
Speaker:emotional, energetic hygiene.
Speaker:They were actually integral for me to be attuned, to be clear, to be able
Speaker:to connect and connect in ways that I had never experienced connecting.
Speaker:You see, what's different is, is that.
Speaker:Before 2020, I would get my own intuitive messages through like, let's
Speaker:say the way we all do like dreams.
Speaker:I kind of would have knowings of things, like I would say, oh, this person's
Speaker:gonna call me, or I'd meet somebody and go, I feel like I've met you before.
Speaker:Or I kind of knew in business like.
Speaker:This isn't gonna work out.
Speaker:I'm not even gonna get into business with this person.
Speaker:Those are the things that, and how it would come to me.
Speaker:When 2020 happened, I was attuning to a whole different vibration
Speaker:that I had never experienced.
Speaker:And that was because my soul had really called that into
Speaker:my timeline at this moment.
Speaker:And what happens is, is that before we.
Speaker:You know, all come down.
Speaker:We all go, this is how our life's gonna be.
Speaker:This is how we are gonna vibrate.
Speaker:These are the lessons we are going to go through.
Speaker:And it could be in different ways.
Speaker:And this is the imprint that we would like to leave on the planet before we leave.
Speaker:So when we're here, and this got called into my life, it was like
Speaker:a thunderbolt that really just shocked me to my core because my
Speaker:third eye was completely blown open.
Speaker:And not only as a new mom.
Speaker:It was my nervous system completely shot by the way.
Speaker:And it also, as someone who's neurodivergent and normally doesn't
Speaker:like loud sounds and bright lights and disharmony within space, now
Speaker:throw a kid in there and barking dogs and all the things and not
Speaker:sleeping, which I was normally getting eight to 10 hours of sleep.
Speaker:So when that's thrown off, I am not a happy person.
Speaker:You throw that in with your third eye completely being blown open, meaning
Speaker:that you've shifted, your vibration has shifted, and now you're getting messages.
Speaker:I was getting messages in ways that I had never even imagined.
Speaker:I was hearing my guides.
Speaker:I was not only lucid dreaming, but I was able to channel and reach other
Speaker:dimensions and understand the future of things and possibilities that I, I
Speaker:was like, what the hell is going on?
Speaker:And I talk about this in one of my earlier podcasts.
Speaker:Anyway, what I realized was the fundamental things that seem
Speaker:so easy, they seem so every day are actually our anchor points.
Speaker:And one that I realized.
Speaker:That those were my anchor points.
Speaker:That's how I kept my vessel clear enough to be able to anchor into
Speaker:this planet, to being human, to do the work, like make money, go
Speaker:through our lessons, have a family.
Speaker:All of those things you have to be anchored in.
Speaker:And that's why Conscious Home was created because this was my everyday ritual, my
Speaker:everyday things that I didn't even realize were ritual until I started naming them.
Speaker:And once I started naming them, I was like, oh my God, I'm
Speaker:already bringing Ritual into my life, grounding into my life.
Speaker:So there's different ways that we can do this, and some of the ways that
Speaker:I integrated that were so important to me and still are to this day,
Speaker:they are literally my guideposts.
Speaker:I integrated them into conscious home.
Speaker:One of my favorite ones to do is when I wake up in the morning,
Speaker:it's an energetic clearing, right?
Speaker:Because when we sleep, we travel.
Speaker:And I don't care if you don't believe that, or you do believe that, and
Speaker:you think that they're just dreams.
Speaker:You know the difference.
Speaker:There's a difference between when you wake up and you go, oh my God, I had a
Speaker:dream and my cousin and my girlfriend, I can't believe you cheated on me.
Speaker:Me.
Speaker:That's one dream.
Speaker:And by the way, that's an alternate timeline that you just kicked into, and
Speaker:that's residue that you're clearing out.
Speaker:But then there's the other dream.
Speaker:There's the other dream where you wake up.
Speaker:And you don't know what the hell happened.
Speaker:You don't even know where you are.
Speaker:You don't know if that was the dream or this is the dream and you're so foggy
Speaker:that you're like five cups of coffee in and you're just like, I don't.
Speaker:I don't even know where I am.
Speaker:And that dream, there's portions of that dream that stay with you.
Speaker:You can't remember all of it, but you remember moments
Speaker:of it and it felt so real.
Speaker:That one.
Speaker:That's not a dream.
Speaker:That's you traveling.
Speaker:Now, there could be different reasons why you travel and only
Speaker:you can decide what that is.
Speaker:But it could be traveling to release something.
Speaker:It could be traveling to an alternate timeline.
Speaker:It could be telling you something that's coming up.
Speaker:So the only way to disengage from that dream in order to be in the human body
Speaker:now to ground, to be able to function as a normal human being is to release that.
Speaker:So when you release that, you go, I surround myself with white light.
Speaker:I release.
Speaker:All attachments to dreams, timelines, alternate timelines, realities that
Speaker:no longer serve me that are from the evening from my dreamscape.
Speaker:You release those and like a cord you, you imagine all of
Speaker:them just going back, right?
Speaker:And then you're gonna anchor your root chakra, which is your
Speaker:chakra at the base of your spine.
Speaker:Imagine a red cord going straight into the earth, wrapping around the center of
Speaker:the earth, and that red energy pulsating.
Speaker:Up through back into your spine and to your root chakra
Speaker:that's gonna ground you in.
Speaker:I do that every morning.
Speaker:I do it within like minutes.
Speaker:As soon as I wake up, it may not be as profound as I just made it sound like.
Speaker:It's literally like a zip, zip, zip, zip.
Speaker:And I'm like, okay, let's wake up.
Speaker:And that's before my daughter is usually like, mom, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker:And then I go out in nature and I ground.
Speaker:And that in itself brings me back to center.
Speaker:Other things that I integrated within Conscious Home that are really ritual are
Speaker:when we call ourselves back to ourselves.
Speaker:When we remember the spaces for what they are, they're working in harmony with us.
Speaker:So you think it's just aesthetic that you like a certain scent or a candle?
Speaker:Or incensing your home.
Speaker:That's not aesthetic.
Speaker:That is you wanting to remember that your nervous system and your
Speaker:vibration need that recalibration.
Speaker:It needs it.
Speaker:It's sensitive, and it needs that support to nurture it.
Speaker:So this could be for me, I make sure that I have certain music on.
Speaker:The lights are dim enough.
Speaker:For me, I make sure that there's certain scent in the home.
Speaker:Color is super important.
Speaker:Color is activating, and these are things that I knew as a
Speaker:designer and I kind of dabbled in.
Speaker:But after the after of me, the after of 2020, I realized that there
Speaker:was extreme weight to the colors that I integrated within my space.
Speaker:And so yellow marigold was brought into my bedroom because I needed joy.
Speaker:I needed to remember and wake up to joy.
Speaker:And that was the quickest way that I could do it right.
Speaker:And I needed to remember who I was.
Speaker:So I brought in the color of purple and eggplant and royalty
Speaker:and spiritual resonance.
Speaker:I brought that into my main area, living room because I wanted to feel that.
Speaker:I wanted to feel that connection even when I was in space of
Speaker:gathering, bringing the outdoors in.
Speaker:We call it biophilia and design, but it's plants, it's flowers.
Speaker:We need to remember as our divine feminine, even the males that
Speaker:are out there, the masculine.
Speaker:We need to remember the beauty of what we're here to live.
Speaker:That it's not just we go to work.
Speaker:It's not just we pay the bills.
Speaker:We need to remember that we are part of nature, that we are connected,
Speaker:we are not separate from it.
Speaker:And so we bring that inside to remind us of how beautiful
Speaker:we are, but also the world is.
Speaker:That no matter what's going on, that there is a safe space within the home and
Speaker:we're bringing it back to remembrance.
Speaker:So as I started cataloging all of the things that I did and kind of
Speaker:cross-referencing them with, you know, just modalities that were out there, I
Speaker:realized there really wasn't something that was created and encompassed not
Speaker:only spiritual connection, energetic connection, but design because furniture
Speaker:and form things like vessels like.
Speaker:Containers.
Speaker:They're not just containers.
Speaker:They hold energy, ornamentation, fabrics, light fixtures, you know, carpets.
Speaker:They're grounding.
Speaker:They ground a space.
Speaker:So I realized that there was much more of a connection with all
Speaker:of these things, and it was just furniture is separate and it just.
Speaker:If it was cohesive, it made you feel good, or if it was organic
Speaker:material, it saved the planet, right?
Speaker:There was a lot and all of it had to kind of come together.
Speaker:So I created these archetypes because A, I needed six of them in numerology.
Speaker:There is magic in numbers and I resonate with that.
Speaker:I resonate with form, I resonate with structure, and I resonate with numbers.
Speaker:And so for me, six is, is a number of unity.
Speaker:And it's a number of celebration and it holds spiritual integrity.
Speaker:There's memory in that number.
Speaker:And so we created the different archetypes and they all have
Speaker:different meaning and they support who you are and where you need to go.
Speaker:So we created a quiz, right?
Speaker:You take your free archetype quiz on our website, conscious home bg.com.
Speaker:Shameless plug there, by the way.
Speaker:And the reason I say that is 'cause I wanted it for everybody.
Speaker:I didn't wanna gate keep it.
Speaker:And I thought that that was a really fun way for people to kind of say, you
Speaker:know, like, I wanna learn more about me.
Speaker:Our quiz is a little different.
Speaker:Our quiz is not just about who you are.
Speaker:A lot of other quizzes out there are just like, oh, let me tell you who you are.
Speaker:You're an earth sign and you're this.
Speaker:You know, our quizzes are custom designed to let you know
Speaker:what you need in your life.
Speaker:So for instance, if you take a quiz, and let's say you end up
Speaker:with kin, so the kin archetype.
Speaker:Is a short form word for kinship, and kinship is kinship to earth.
Speaker:For me, that's what it meant for me, and it's a strong word.
Speaker:It has roots and kin.
Speaker:The colors of kin are deep, deep merlots and reds and chocolates and blacks.
Speaker:They're grounding colors.
Speaker:It could even be mossy greens.
Speaker:Think of like you're just feeling like you're out of your body.
Speaker:You're just.
Speaker:All over the place.
Speaker:You're scattered.
Speaker:You would be somebody who needs kin.
Speaker:Kin is for somebody who you know, you forget things all the time.
Speaker:You drop your keys.
Speaker:When we drop things, by the way, when we're constantly like, I don't
Speaker:know, being clumsy or losing things or dropping things, that means that
Speaker:your energy's out of alignment.
Speaker:That you need balancing and you need grounding.
Speaker:That's actually one of the simple ways that I can tell.
Speaker:That you are out of alignment and that kin is probably a
Speaker:really good archetype for you.
Speaker:And so some of the ways you might wanna integrate this within
Speaker:your space or in your home are like, I love the scent of cedar.
Speaker:So I have an essential oil that's cedar.
Speaker:Whenever I do meditation work or channel work, I put that essential oil on my
Speaker:wrists or at my bare feet or on my ankles.
Speaker:And I remind myself that I'm rooted to the earth and I go out and bare feet.
Speaker:I make sure I do something.
Speaker:That makes me, reminds me of who I am, so I may wash my hands.
Speaker:I may do that really methodically, slowly.
Speaker:So I remember that running water is here to purify me.
Speaker:The earth is here to ground me.
Speaker:You know the scent trees go out and hug a tree.
Speaker:It's okay to go hug a tree.
Speaker:People might think you're weird, but you're gonna actually benefit from it.
Speaker:There's actually something called forest bathing.
Speaker:Our parents would've called it Just go for a nature walk.
Speaker:Now they've re termed it.
Speaker:It's forest bathing.
Speaker:But basically it's the same thing.
Speaker:And you're just going in nature and you know, and I know that you feel
Speaker:amazingly better when you go out in nature, especially when you've been.
Speaker:In four walls all day.
Speaker:It's so therapeutic.
Speaker:Things like that.
Speaker:Also with fabrics, so heavier fabrics, weighted blankets
Speaker:are really great for this.
Speaker:Bringing in those colors, like the chocolates and the burgundies throughout
Speaker:your space in sofas and area rugs, that's gonna be really great for you.
Speaker:Even red light therapy is really, really great, and I'm glad that right now
Speaker:it's like mainstream because red light therapy is amazing for you as well,
Speaker:and it actually will help the cells of your body kind of like regenerate.
Speaker:In a way and anchor in.
Speaker:And so these are ways that you're gonna integrate a lot of
Speaker:these modalities into your life.
Speaker:When you take the quiz, not only do we give you different items and
Speaker:recommendations to help align you, not only energetically, but also
Speaker:practically different furniture types.
Speaker:We also give you a mantra that you can say to invite and embody
Speaker:this archetype into your life.
Speaker:Things to cook with, nutrients to help your body.
Speaker:We're looking at this.
Speaker:Not only on one surface level, and that's the problem with a lot of
Speaker:modalities out there that I have found is that they're only treating one thing.
Speaker:And it's not like this is medicine, it's medicine for
Speaker:the soul, but I'm not a doctor.
Speaker:So let's just caveat that, but.
Speaker:For me, when I'm realigning, I look at so many different layers, like an onion.
Speaker:So I need the energetic.
Speaker:I need the visual.
Speaker:I need the sensory, right?
Speaker:I need the spiritual.
Speaker:I need to embody it in all aspects of my life.
Speaker:I need to know what I'm putting in my body.
Speaker:Is there something I can shift holistically?
Speaker:Are there supplements that I can take?
Speaker:What are, how am I living my day?
Speaker:What does my day look like?
Speaker:Who am I around?
Speaker:What's the music that I listen to?
Speaker:All of these things are nurturing us.
Speaker:They're becoming part of our story.
Speaker:And through that, the magic of life starts speaking to you.
Speaker:Because when you're in that alignment of embodying a certain archetype or certain
Speaker:direction where you know feels authentic to who you are, you start getting
Speaker:the signs that go along with that and they're like, yeah, you're in alignment.
Speaker:This is right.
Speaker:So let's just say that you are someone, and especially what's going on right
Speaker:now in the world, let's just say that.
Speaker:You're just like consuming the news.
Speaker:You're consuming our phones.
Speaker:You're looking at your phone, this bad thing, that bad thing, TikTok,
Speaker:Facebook, you name it, and then like you're kind of feeling a little down.
Speaker:Not only that, maybe you're listening to music that is kind of sad because
Speaker:you're like, I just wanna be in it.
Speaker:You're watching movies that are kind of sad right now.
Speaker:The vibe is just.
Speaker:Off and you're feeling very stagnant, a little depressed.
Speaker:Let's just say you're a little depress, right?
Speaker:We're not gonna call you depressed, but let's just say you're a little
Speaker:depressive and you realize that you're looking at life like glass half empty.
Speaker:You're just like, well, I guess this is just these taxes and ugh,
Speaker:what's this year gonna be like?
Speaker:And then I have a car bill.
Speaker:And then you're like, Ugh.
Speaker:I would talk to her, but I really don't wanna talk to her.
Speaker:I'm not in the mood to go out anymore.
Speaker:Or you know, like it's just like rolling down the hill.
Speaker:You would be someone who would probably align really well and could
Speaker:use a little of our bliss archetype.
Speaker:So our bliss archetype is one of my favorite because it's probably, it
Speaker:reminds me of my daughter in a way.
Speaker:It reminds me of laughter and innocence and purity.
Speaker:It's like that little like laugh that you hear when kids are running by.
Speaker:It's kind of like your inner child.
Speaker:Is just reminding you that he or she or they are there and
Speaker:that you never really lost it.
Speaker:And so when that happens, it's just those moments of pure joy and how to
Speaker:interject them in your life to understand that there is beauty in the world.
Speaker:I can relate to this really strongly this year because one of my, I would
Speaker:say, pain points that I am working through is that, you know, I went
Speaker:through childbirth and I had a daughter.
Speaker:And as a woman, that makes you really serious.
Speaker:It makes you really serious because you kind of have to be on a schedule.
Speaker:You don't get to sleep a lot.
Speaker:A lot of your time is not yours anymore.
Speaker:It's for others.
Speaker:And so I think that as a woman, you lose a lot of yourself.
Speaker:You lose a lot of like what made you light and airy and fun.
Speaker:You're no longer that girl.
Speaker:That could just be like, you know what?
Speaker:Today I just wanna go out and like be out with my friends and
Speaker:maybe I won't come home tonight.
Speaker:Or maybe I'll just run barefoot in the rain.
Speaker:You can't do those things as much because you're just like, I have to get home.
Speaker:I have to do this.
Speaker:This one has to get to school.
Speaker:This one has to get to sleep.
Speaker:On top of that, when you're a woman of a certain age and going through
Speaker:perimenopause like I am, because I'm being open and honest, that also shifts things.
Speaker:It makes things a lot harsher and more brittle.
Speaker:You have to fight harder to reclaim that part of yourself, and I think
Speaker:that people don't talk about that, or women don't talk about that enough.
Speaker:I think now the commentary, the conversation has shifted.
Speaker:Thing, right?
Speaker:As we talk about these things like books like the Paws and, and all
Speaker:these different shows and things like that, that are coming out.
Speaker:So Bliss has been really big for me because this year I
Speaker:want to reclaim part of that.
Speaker:I want to embody not the girl I used to be, but the new version of me.
Speaker:A more blissful and joyful me honor that inner child, but understand and
Speaker:integrate her with the woman that I am.
Speaker:So I bring in and I embody the bliss archetype, and I do it in ways that.
Speaker:Are bringing in, like I said, the colors of yellows and merry golds.
Speaker:Those are happy vibrating colors.
Speaker:Whites even bright, like sky blue pinks like happy pinks.
Speaker:Think dopamine decor, right?
Speaker:That's, and it doesn't have to be like kitschy.
Speaker:It could be something that really just resonates with you.
Speaker:I never liked yellow, by the way.
Speaker:I never liked yellow in my home.
Speaker:And in 2020 I decided that my headboard had to be a big ass merry gold velvet.
Speaker:Headboard.
Speaker:I would've never done that.
Speaker:But my inner child and my bliss archetype were like, girl, we need,
Speaker:we need some, we need some joy.
Speaker:It's 2020.
Speaker:We need to find it somewhere.
Speaker:You know the artwork that you bring in sunflowers, you know, think happy music.
Speaker:Think.
Speaker:Dancing in your kitchen when nobody's watching.
Speaker:Think pancakes with bananas in the morning on a Sunday morning, walks down
Speaker:the street like seeing a butterfly.
Speaker:You know, like these are the things that you're just like, yeah, talking
Speaker:to that one friend that just makes you laugh, like stupid laugh.
Speaker:You know, the funny movie, those are the things that are gonna bring in joy.
Speaker:The music that you listen to, these are the vibrations that
Speaker:you wanna start to bring in, and that's what that archetype is for.
Speaker:You know, as I'm saying this to you, I can feel the energy of bliss just
Speaker:like tingling through me, you know?
Speaker:And I remember in 2020 when I was especially calling in bliss
Speaker:because I was like, I really need some happiness and joy.
Speaker:I was changing my mantra.
Speaker:So maybe the mantra was something along the lines of.
Speaker:I stand in my joy, my happiness.
Speaker:I deserve to be happy, whole and joyful in this very moment and in the everyday.
Speaker:Maybe that's it.
Speaker:And anything you do, by the way, in threes or sixes or nines, anything you
Speaker:do in a way that's ritual, that's what we're creating with the archetypes.
Speaker:By the way.
Speaker:We're creating everyday ritual that you can integrate within
Speaker:your life in a very easy way.
Speaker:It's not meant to be, I mean, listen, it's based on old school, past life.
Speaker:I would say galactic, energetic, like it is based on the fundamentals of the
Speaker:witchy woman, the woman that created, you know, and honored the solstice
Speaker:and the men that built the ruins.
Speaker:This is what we're pulling into today.
Speaker:We're pulling in a remembrance, a memory of who we used.
Speaker:To be, but we're integrating it.
Speaker:And what we are today, we are in a fast pace, highly tech life.
Speaker:So it has to be easy.
Speaker:It has to be authentic.
Speaker:It has to be something that resonates with you.
Speaker:It, it doesn't have to be serious all the time.
Speaker:And it doesn't have to be perfect, but it can be perfect for you.
Speaker:And that's what the archetypes are.
Speaker:They are who you embody, who you want to embody at that moment.
Speaker:And it could shift every couple of months because what you're going
Speaker:through the season of your life that you're working through shifts.
Speaker:Who you want to meet you at this moment, the parts of you that you
Speaker:need to pull forward, call forward will change as your season changes.
Speaker:So right now I'm calling in bliss.
Speaker:Like maybe a year ago I was calling in kin, right?
Speaker:For like a good year probably, and probably a little bit of bliss,
Speaker:but right now I'm calling in bliss.
Speaker:I'm also calling in a little arter.
Speaker:'cause who doesn't need a little romance, right?
Speaker:Every girl needs a little romance.
Speaker:It's a little arter, a little bliss.
Speaker:I'm calling in right now.
Speaker:Oh, I'm also calling in vigor.
Speaker:Okay?
Speaker:Because I am literally, I'm getting it snatched.
Speaker:I'm pulling it together.
Speaker:I'm trying to get my eating right, my hormones together, right?
Speaker:Like watch out world.
Speaker:So it could be a couple different archetypes.
Speaker:It doesn't have to just be one.
Speaker:So I invite you, I invite you to take our conscious home
Speaker:quiz because I really think.
Speaker:That you're gonna love it.
Speaker:We put a lot of heart and soul into it.
