Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to control what can’t be controlled? What if the answer isn’t doing more—but simply letting it be?

In this calming microdose meditation, Michael guides you to gently slow down and invite acceptance into your moment. Using the breath and simple noticing, you’ll learn how to soften your grip on judgment, resistance, or frustration—no fixing required.

  • Experience a short, grounding practice to return to the present with compassion.
  • Learn how the mantra “Let it be” can anchor you in grace during tough moments.
  • Walk away with a tool you can use anytime you feel reactive or overwhelmed.

Take a deep breath and give yourself permission to stop forcing and start allowing—because sometimes the most powerful move is simply to let it be.

Transcripts

Hey there, it's Michael. Welcome to Whole again. A show about helping survivors a physical injury and trauma, reclaim their strength and resilience through the wisdom of ksu.

When ready. Find a position that feels alert, but with ease and take a few healthy inhales. Nice slow releasing exhales, giving yourself permission to slow down and come into the moment,

allowing this moment to be.

And when it feels right, settling into the natural rhythm of the breath.

When we let things be, we invite grace and allow our days to unfold. Is there meant to unfold? I invite you to notice what is present for you now,

and simply repeat. Let it be

whatever sensations you feel in the body or what might percolate up in the mind. As you notice, simply say, let it be.

Inviting Acceptance into your life.

Simply notice what's here

and then let it.

I hope you enjoyed this moment to pause, breathe, reflect, and invite in acceptance. In between now and the next time we practice together, you have a challenging moment. Slow down. Come back to your breath and let it be. And remember, you've got this and we've got you. And don't forget to ripple something worth rippling.

And if you would like to discover additional micro doses of mindfulness and wisdom, you can download my Pause, breathe, reflect app, and join us here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's seven 11 Eastern. Again, thanks for being here. I appreciate you.
