Recently I've taken on some responsibility within a few projects. They are basically volunteer positions because I’m not paid for any of them. Considering how busy I am with my full-time business and creating web 3 content… why would I do this? Because it is a win-win. So today we are going to discuss the benefit for projects empowering their community and also what community members get in return, even if the position is not paid.
