Spoiler alert! Here are three things to identify and protect the actions that bring results.

1. Embed what you do and why you do it (from your dream client's perspective) in your messaging.
2. Reflect on your professional past, and carefully select what your dream client needs to know to feel a connection to you.
3. Audit what you currently do, what brings results and what doesn't. Use the exercise to release time, and optimise what you already do well.
