In this episode we’re chatting with Ben Knox, SVP of Digital at Super Coffee, a better-for-you beverage brand.

Ben’s been in the ecommerce game for years, working with brands like Red Bull and Soylent before landing at Super Coffee. Along the way, he founded his own brand, Keto Farms, which gave him a firsthand perspective on bootstrapping and facing adversity head-on.

Super Coffee is founded on resilience, passion, and hard work—from their origins in a college dorm room to Shark Tank rejection in 2018. Today, those values have paid off: The brand is now valued at over $400 million dollars and won 2021’s Brand of the Year award from BevNET

Ben takes us behind the scenes on the many ways that Super Coffee prioritizes subscriptions, from improving the user experience on the website, defaulting to subscriptions on the product page, and utilizing RechargeSMS so customers can seamlessly manage their orders with a quick text message.

There’s a lot to get into, so let’s get started. Ben, thank you so much for joining us.
