Shownotes

I just got back from hosting my first client retreat in Mexico City! This was the event that kicked off 12 months in Reclamation Mastermind for 17 clients. It was bigger and more expansive than I ever imagined!

So today, I want to take you behind the scenes. What went well? Were there any hiccups (of course!)? And what were the key takeaways? I haven't always seen myself as a person that could pull off an event of this magnitude.

In fact, I had a lot of fears throughout the entire process.

But my community and the practices I've cultivated allowed us to create a safe space for members of Reclamation Mastermind to connect, get clarity and to leave with a new identity.

Here's a quick rundown of what I learned:

1. Getting what you want is ALSO uncomfortable.

2. Things will not go perfectly according to plan when you are doing something new.

3. Energy management will become more important the more space you hold so begin practicing now.

4. You will begin to PLAN for the discomfort of being stretched rather than AVOID it.

5. Your friends will be the ultimate support system to get you through new milestones.

6. Processing emotions is actually part of the plan, not a deterrence from it.

You don't have to be planning a live event to get coaching from this episode. These lessons are relevant with every new step you make in business.

Whether it's hosting your first workshop, getting on your first sales call, etc. these truths will be there.

The doors to this incredible room of WOC and First Gen entrepreneurs open on May 15. Join the waitlist at www.marieladelamora.com/reclamation
