Heather Masters:

Welcome to Tuesday tip a little bit later in the day for me.

Heather Masters:

And on a subject that's a little bit different, it again is about creating that clarity for what you want in the world.

Heather Masters:

But I want to really address it to those of us who are what we call awake.

Heather Masters:

And I don't just mean spiritually awake.

Heather Masters:

I also mean awake to the matrix, if you like, the veils lifting, whatever you want to call it, the, the truth, the.

Heather Masters:

The lies of our reality in the past, if you like.

Heather Masters:

And I want to address that today because I think if we're going to create a future for ourselves, this is something that we should really look at so that we understand in our own minds.

Heather Masters:

And it's kind of hard to understand most of it if you really go into the depth of it, but that we have an understanding of what it is that we want to achieve, irrespective of what the outside world is throwing up for us.

Heather Masters:

So today I wanted to focus on the importance of resilience and creating resilience strategies in your life so as a person who's awake to what's happening globally as well as locally and for themselves, that we can navigate a way through for ourselves in hope and in positivity, and make a positive contribution to a new world.

Heather Masters:

So I'm thrilled that you're here with me today.

Heather Masters:

And if you don't know, I'm Heather Masters, I'm a holistic business coach.

Heather Masters:

And what that means is I, I don't just work with the business side of things.

Heather Masters:

I look at mindset, I look at spirituality, especially around consciousness.

Heather Masters:

At the moment, I work with intuition, so intuitive coaching.

Heather Masters:

But we also look at tech, we look at AI, we look at blockchain cryptos, and the alternatives that are, are springing up and where they fit in with our own vision of the future.

Heather Masters:

So thank you.

Heather Masters:

As you see, I'm tuning in from my home office and I have my coffee with me.

Heather Masters:

And I hope you are somewhere comfortable and warm today, especially if you're in the uk.

Heather Masters:

I think it's a bit chilly.

Heather Masters:

So before we dive in, this is not to offend anyone, but if this isn't for you, if you don't even know what I mean by awakened, then maybe this isn't the right thing for you to listen to.

Heather Masters:

So let's start with a question about resilience in general.

Heather Masters:

What does resilience mean to you?

Heather Masters:

Resilience can mean different things to different people.

Heather Masters:

For some, it's about bouncing back from setbacks.

Heather Masters:

For some, it's about adapting to change while maintaining a sense of purpose.

Heather Masters:

And for some it's those, you know, it's that resilience of people who come back from extraordinary extremes where it seems like miracles have occurred.

Heather Masters:

And I think we're in a time where if you are awake, that there's a percentage of people who have held their ground and stood in their purpose and their truth in an extraordinary way.

Heather Masters:

And that shows great resilience.

Heather Masters:

So in the context of awakened people, it's more than just about surviving the challenges, it's about thriving through them while staying aligned, as I say, with your, your values, your purpose, your vision, and your greater commitment to humanity.

Heather Masters:

So let's break it down a bit.

Heather Masters:

Why is resilience so important at this time?

Heather Masters:

We're being hit quite a lot with a lot of conditioning, which I'm sure most people know, and a lot of things that are popping up that we're being told, which are later revealed to not being as true as they, they told us in the first place.

Heather Masters:

But those things come with a lot of conditions and restrictions and control, if you like.

Heather Masters:

So here are three things that I think are really important for us to consider as we move through these times.

Heather Masters:

And one is obviously adaptability.

Heather Masters:

Everything is happening so fast and it does seem to be accelerating.

Heather Masters:

You know, things are constantly changing on a minute to by minute basis.

Heather Masters:

So being resilient helps us to adapt to those changes without losing our way.

Heather Masters:

And having that North Star, you know, purpose standing in our own truth is so powerful in helping us to do that.

Heather Masters:

And then there's emotional intelligence and I would really add to that as well.

Heather Masters:

So it's not just about managing our emotions and being able to respond rather than react.

Heather Masters:

It's also about being able to step back and kind of detach from everything and see it from the higher perspective, like take a thousand foot view and see what's really happening and how things are playing out.

Heather Masters:

It's very easy to react to something that happens either in our world or in the news or in the global world and not really take the time to get curious to look at what's behind that as well.

Heather Masters:

I think community support is important and the way things are unfolding, there's a lot of conflicts, there's a lot of division.

Heather Masters:

And again, taking that thousand foot view, you could perhaps think that some of it was a bit engineered because coming together, coming together as communities and as people supporting each other gives us much more power.

Heather Masters:

And community support is so important.

Heather Masters:

And so I have been wanting to set up a Community specifically for awakened entrepreneurs.

Heather Masters:

So those in business who want to not only generate an income from themselves, but to explore over the next year, what are the opportunities for businesses and then to go out and help others do the same.

Heather Masters:

So really looking at the alternatives in terms of tech, things that are maybe on the fringes of the system or outside of the system, how we can kind of create a breakaway system, if you like.

Heather Masters:

Now, I do have some ideas about that.

Heather Masters:

I'm already in touch with, with people who are along the path of doing that.

Heather Masters:

And I just think it's time now for other people who are interested to and who need support to have a community and a mentorship program perhaps where we can work together and get through.

Heather Masters:

ear when, you know, you think:

Heather Masters:

I think everything is just beginning to accelerate even more.

Heather Masters:

So I'd love to hear from you about your experience and about resilience and how that plays a part in your journey over the last few years.

Heather Masters:

So we've established why resilience is essential.

Heather Masters:

There's some strategies that you can implement immediately to, to help you immediately with resilience.

Heather Masters:

One of the first ones is mindfulness practices and taking time for mindfulness each day.

Heather Masters:

I use head space.

Heather Masters:

And one of the things that I think is particularly important about mindfulness is that you check in with your emotions and you kind of approach them again from the observer perspective and you let them go through you rather than them getting caught and obviously the thought process.

Heather Masters:

Because with everything that's happening in the world, it's easy to get caught up in the narrative and in the drama.

Heather Masters:

So taking some time out for mindfulness to allow those thoughts to just pass through rather than getting caught up in them is really, really powerful.

Heather Masters:

Journaling and being present and being grounded during turbulent times is really, really important.

Heather Masters:

I have a journaling course.

Heather Masters:

I'll put that in the links as well.

Heather Masters:

And that journaling course is particularly designed for these times, for helping us through because I think we all need as much support as possible.

Heather Masters:

So how do you practice mindfulness?

Heather Masters:

What methods are you already using?

Heather Masters:

The next one's about setting boundaries, not just about around your time and energy, but also about the your interactions and relationships.

Heather Masters:

So saying no when necessary, prioritizing self care, but also stepping back from conflict when it's unnecessary to step away from social media, to set boundaries around the type of news you engage in and really set boundaries around what you focus on so that your focus isn't taken into a place which causes you to drop your energy again, building a support network.

Heather Masters:

Whether you're surrounding yourself with like minded people, whether you have mentors, whether you're working with a coach, whether you're in different communities, just engaging with a community and seeking mentorship or accountability partners, or people who are really going to support you on this journey that we're all facing at the moment, it's really, really important and I know that it's helped me because I'm pretty much isolated here and without even the two or three people I know who are on the same page, I could probably be in a very different place.

Heather Masters:

And the final one is probably, I think, something that we've adapted to a little bit, but maybe we really also need to consider going forward is embracing change, seeing it as an opportunity rather than a setback, and keeping that glimmer of hope and that vision on a future that we all want.

Heather Masters:

So when we're faced with challenges, we can ask, you know, what can I learn from this?

Heather Masters:

Or how can it lead me to new opportunities?

Heather Masters:

Or if you've listened to me before, it's also about realizing that the universe and life supports me.

Heather Masters:

So what is it here that I'm learning and what level am I being asked to rise to?

Heather Masters:

So now I've covered some strategies.

Heather Masters:

If you do have any questions around any of this, I'd be grateful if you drop it in the comments of the video and I'll get back and check them and answer any questions or let me know any strategies that have worked well for you that you'd like to share that I haven't covered today.

Heather Masters:

Thank you all so much for watching today.

Heather Masters:

It's.

Heather Masters:

I really appreciate that the people who are showing up on my channel, I know it's not many and I've been resisting this route for for so long, but I feel the time is upon us where I have to show my hand and help fellow awakened ones.

Heather Masters:

So as we wrap up, remember that resilience isn't just about enduring, it's about thriving and staying true to who you are as we move through these turbulent times.

Heather Masters:

And if you're interested in diving deeper into these concepts, I invite you to check out my upcoming Resilience and Growth Mastery Program where over a year we'll support each other and explore these strategies and much, much more around tech, around AI, around consciousness, spirituality, around the growth of the planet, but mainly around how we can thrive as individuals as well as businesses, and how we can serve others through these crazy times.
