In this episode of VetMed Mind, Rachel Teichberg interviews Rhonda Bell, CVPM, CCFP, PCM, CDMP.
Rhonda discovered her passion for veterinary medicine as a potential career path, but it was her decision to become a professional veterinary manager that truly transformed her life. In 2006, she completed her business management degree at Western International University, and in 2015, she obtained her certification as a Veterinary Practice Management professional. She continued to enhance her skills by earning the Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional certification in 2020, followed by the Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Professional Certified Marketer-Digital certifications in 2021. As a lifelong learner, Rhonda also sought out a Master Life Coach certification and now incorporates personal and professional career coaching into her consulting business. Transitioning from full-time practice management, Rhonda pursued her dream of combining her passions for people, pets, and practice building through her successful social media management and professional brand consulting business. While she works with a diverse range of clients, her primary focus is on assisting small animal practices in boosting their online presence and effectively engaging with their clients on social media platforms.
