Speaker:

Hey, what's going on, everybody.

Speaker:

Welcome back to the Elemental Evan show.

Speaker:

Thank you all so much for joining me today on this wellness Wednesday for

Speaker:

a full length episode today, I'm going to be covering the element water.

Speaker:

Uh, if you did not already hear the last episode, uh, last Wednesday's episode, it

Speaker:

was on the element of earth and the reason I'm covering the elements once again.

Speaker:

Is simply because I wanted to reconnect to, you know, what this show is all

Speaker:

about and why I find the elements to be so important and truly the key to better

Speaker:

health, because through connection to the elements, which are literally fully

Speaker:

encompassing our, you know, all aspects of our health from spiritual, mental, to

Speaker:

physical health, uh, and emotional health.

Speaker:

Through connecting to these elements, we can improve all of those.

Speaker:

And so that's really, you know, what I'm all about is reconnecting to

Speaker:

these elements, paying respect to them and respecting ourselves because

Speaker:

we are of the elements as well.

Speaker:

They are essential to our, to life and to our wellbeing.

Speaker:

And so that's really what I'm trying to cover here is why these

Speaker:

elements are so important and today is going to be on the water element.

Speaker:

is extremely important.

Speaker:

That's why it's an essential, uh, element, but there's a lot

Speaker:

of reasons why it's important.

Speaker:

And to really just start off, obviously the earth is covered in a majority water.

Speaker:

There's a ton of water on this planet and our bodies are, you know, kind

Speaker:

of like a micro form of the planet in which we also have a really large

Speaker:

amount of water actually, anywhere.

Speaker:

55% to 70% of your body is composed of water.

Speaker:

That is depending on your age and your sex, uh, that will determine how

Speaker:

much water is actually in your body.

Speaker:

Now the water element, unlike the earth element.

Speaker:

Now all of these pretty much work together and cohesively to make up life.

Speaker:

But you know, when you look at the earth element, you think of

Speaker:

structure, you think of stability.

Speaker:

So all the vitamins and minerals are what kind of build our body.

Speaker:

But the water is what carries these minerals and vitamins to the

Speaker:

different parts of our body, right?

Speaker:

So it's the rivers that run through our body are like, you know, our, our

Speaker:

veins and our, our lymphatic system.

Speaker:

uh, a very, very important thing, a very important element to focus

Speaker:

on and to really connect with.

Speaker:

So when we think of the water element, we can think of, you know, the

Speaker:

different things that it represents such as life flow, change, and healing.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

These are all things that we can attribute to the element of water.

Speaker:

and something I've heard many times from different health professionals and

Speaker:

actually even through some teachers of tea ceremonies is that if you really

Speaker:

want to start improving your health, one of the first places you need to start

Speaker:

is with the water that you're drinking.

Speaker:

I know that might sound kind of weird.

Speaker:

Uh, you know, I mean, like you might think, well, I'm, I'm drinking enough

Speaker:

water obviously, and, and that should be sufficient, but realistically the

Speaker:

quality of your water matters so, so much.

Speaker:

So unfortunately, You know, a lot of people are drinking water that is not

Speaker:

really in my opinion, fit for consumption.

Speaker:

Uh, and that is tap water.

Speaker:

So tap water, obviously you can drink tap water, and it's

Speaker:

not going to like kill you.

Speaker:

At least not immediately, you know, here in the us, but

Speaker:

it's definitely contaminated.

Speaker:

Well, I like to say contaminated, obviously a lot of it is added in

Speaker:

stuff, um, for our quote unquote health, but nonetheless tap

Speaker:

water has a lot of things in it.

Speaker:

Like chlorine, fluoride, trace amounts of pharmaceuticals, ammonia, and

Speaker:

chloramines, among many other things.

Speaker:

and when you're drinking this, you know, your body is just absorbing and having

Speaker:

to process all this stuff out constantly.

Speaker:

If that's the only kind of water you're drinking.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

A lot of us are not drinking really high quality water.

Speaker:

So if you do not already have a filter for your water at your house, then

Speaker:

just understand if you are not using a filter, your body becomes the filter.

Speaker:

So having a filter is absolutely necessary.

Speaker:

We do not need to be consuming all of these random things that are in our

Speaker:

water, you know, from the lead pipes that we have that are leeching all these

Speaker:

heavy metals and toxins into our water.

Speaker:

And like I said, all these trace pharmaceuticals because yes, when

Speaker:

they, the water, um, like sewage goes into a plant and is processed,

Speaker:

there are still trace amounts of pharmaceuticals that people are taking

Speaker:

and then obviously ping into water.

Speaker:

And then that water is.

Speaker:

Purified, um, and then resent to us to consume.

Speaker:

So definitely getting a water filter is going to be key here.

Speaker:

I actually use a reverse osmosis system.

Speaker:

It's the AquaTru system.

Speaker:

I really enjoy it because it's a small, compact, uh, reverse osmosis system.

Speaker:

That's really friendly in price compared to any of.

Speaker:

The other reverse osmosis systems and you are going to get water

Speaker:

that both tastes really, really good and is really well filtered.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So a reverse osmosis system literally gets water almost back

Speaker:

to, you know, purely H two O.

Speaker:

Now you actually are not supposed to be drinking pure H two O

Speaker:

like purely purified water.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

So if you go to a store and you buy purified water, that's great.

Speaker:

And all, but you actually shouldn't consume it like that.

Speaker:

You need to restructure your water is what it's called.

Speaker:

So restructuring your water is adding minerals to the water.

Speaker:

So water naturally wants to bind to other.

Speaker:

Uh, other things that's naturally going.

Speaker:

If you were to go into the, uh, the wilderness right now and, you know, dip a,

Speaker:

a cup into a stream of water, that water would not be in a pure H two oh form.

Speaker:

It's gonna be water with blank.

Speaker:

You know, it's a bunch of different minerals, right?

Speaker:

It's, it's naturally gonna bind with them and it's gonna carry them.

Speaker:

So when you were drinking water, they actually say, if you drink purified

Speaker:

water, It can actually strip the body of minerals because it naturally

Speaker:

wants to bind to these minerals.

Speaker:

So it can actually pull minerals out from your body and make you more

Speaker:

dehydrated and just overall, not very good for you to consume like that.

Speaker:

So I always restructure my reverse osmosis water.

Speaker:

There's a bunch of different.

Speaker:

Um, you know, ways that you can do it, uh, a very simple way is that they have

Speaker:

these minerals that are in liquid form and you can just drop 'em in there.

Speaker:

Or you could take really, really high sea salt, high quality, sea salt, and

Speaker:

just add a little pinch to your water and naturally high, uh, high quality sea

Speaker:

salt, or, you know, pink Kimaya and salt.

Speaker:

Those are gonna have tons of trace minerals in them, and they're

Speaker:

gonna help restructure your water.

Speaker:

So that's extremely important.

Speaker:

Also a really quick side note because I found this so interesting is just that.

Speaker:

It is well known that if you own a pet frog, you are not supposed to put that

Speaker:

frog in tap water, because it will probably kill it or cause a lot of

Speaker:

organ failures or issues with the frog because a frog's skin is so absorbent

Speaker:

that when whatever water it is in will.

Speaker:

Absorbed through the skin and then sent to all of, you know, its organs and stuff.

Speaker:

And since our tap water has all of these weird things like chlorine

Speaker:

and fluoride, and, you know, these trace pharmaceuticals, all that,

Speaker:

it will actually kill the frog.

Speaker:

So if that's what it's doing to a frog, which by the way, if you do

Speaker:

have a pet frog, purified water, um, uh, is going to be the kind of

Speaker:

water that you would want to use.

Speaker:

And you can go ahead and research this as simple search

Speaker:

on Google will show you this.

Speaker:

But nonetheless, if that is what it's doing to a frog, imagine over

Speaker:

time, what it's gonna do to your.

Speaker:

So, I guess getting a filter so that you don't become, the

Speaker:

filter is going to be key here.

Speaker:

Now let's go ahead and cover a few different ways in which we can

Speaker:

reconnect or simply just connect further to the water element.

Speaker:

So, first I always start off with just staying properly hydrated.

Speaker:

It's that simple, right?

Speaker:

We need water just like, uh, with the earth element.

Speaker:

You need food, you need those minerals and vitamin.

Speaker:

But with water, you need water, right?

Speaker:

A hundred percent.

Speaker:

You can go longer without food than you can go without water.

Speaker:

So it's very, very necessary that we stay hydrated, especially if we want

Speaker:

to be performing at our top level, which is what it's all about, right.

Speaker:

We want to be at our healthiest state possible.

Speaker:

So there's a few ways you can make sure that you are staying hydrated.

Speaker:

There is one way that is a good general.

Speaker:

Um, a general way in which you can see how hydrated you are,

Speaker:

but I actually have a different method, which I'll explain later.

Speaker:

But if you want to just make it really simple, you can take your

Speaker:

body weight, divide it in half.

Speaker:

So let's just say you weigh a hun, uh, 200 pounds.

Speaker:

Uh, you would have to drink 100 ounces of water.

Speaker:

So you take your body weight divided in half, and then make that into ounce.

Speaker:

Uh, so like I said, 200 pound person cut in half, 100 pounds,

Speaker:

uh, and then just turn it down.

Speaker:

So, so a hundred ounces of water is what that person should consume in a day.

Speaker:

I actually don't really like that method because it is kind of just

Speaker:

setting you, you in a box and it's kind of taking into account that, you

Speaker:

know, you're living each day, the.

Speaker:

Which obviously you're not, there are days where you are way more active and there's

Speaker:

days where you are not active at all.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And so you shouldn't be drinking the same level of water on each of

Speaker:

those days saying properly hydrated.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

Is very important, but.

Speaker:

If you are extremely active, one day, you might need to drink even

Speaker:

a little bit more water than is recommended through that method.

Speaker:

I just showed you, you might, if you're 200 pounds, you might have to

Speaker:

drink 120 ounces of water, you know, just depending on how thirsty you

Speaker:

are and, and how much you're working and, and using up water in your body.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

But then there's days where maybe you work a desk job, and you're simply sitting at a

Speaker:

computer, not doing any physical exercise.

Speaker:

You're probably not gonna need to drink a hundred ounces of water.

Speaker:

That's a ton of water.

Speaker:

That's almost a gallon of water, right?

Speaker:

So you really don't need to drink that much water.

Speaker:

What I like to do is I like to actually, well, I don't like to

Speaker:

do this, but I like to look at my urine and see the color of it.

Speaker:

So a very simple way to gauge this is if you're urine is coming out, super

Speaker:

dark colored, then you are dehydrated.

Speaker:

You need to drink more water.

Speaker:

If you are going pee and it is looking like you're peeing out

Speaker:

water, you are way too hydrated.

Speaker:

And the water is just running through you.

Speaker:

Not a good thing.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

You wanna find that happy medium, you want to find a light yellow color to your pee.

Speaker:

And that is exactly where you want to hang out at.

Speaker:

Uh, so it's really about listening to the body and going with what feels

Speaker:

right in terms of drinking water.

Speaker:

But that is definitely the best way to connect to the water

Speaker:

element is to stay hydrated.

Speaker:

It's gonna keep you more focused.

Speaker:

It's gonna keep you, uh, more awake throughout the day, and it's going

Speaker:

to, uh, there there's been studies on this actually, where they see that.

Speaker:

Cognitive abilities and ability to focus is actually increased by consuming

Speaker:

water and staying pop properly hydrated, which also by the way, make sure that

Speaker:

the first thing you do in the morning, um, in terms of consuming something is

Speaker:

consuming a glass of water, at least a 12 ounce glass of water, if not, even more

Speaker:

to replenish the body and to wake up all the organs and kind of get everything

Speaker:

moving, you have to think about it.

Speaker:

You were, uh, essentially you.

Speaker:

Laying down for eight hours, not consuming anything and, uh, specifically water.

Speaker:

Uh, so you should definitely go ahead and rehydrate at that time.

Speaker:

Now, the next thing I'm going to cover might sound a little weird at first,

Speaker:

but it is very, very important and there is, uh, actually an experiment that

Speaker:

you can do to see that this is true.

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

You should speak to your water and your food.

Speaker:

Now it can be in the form of just giving gratitude, maybe a prayer,

Speaker:

or you could, I mean, literally like speak to your water and your food.

Speaker:

And the reason I'm saying this is because water carries information.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So yes, if you are a fan of frozen, then you know, that that line is in

Speaker:

there and they were absolutely right.

Speaker:

They were dropping facts in there.

Speaker:

Water carries information.

Speaker:

It truly does.

Speaker:

there is an experiment, like I said, where you can actually take rice,

Speaker:

just normal rice, like go ahead and boil, uh, a pot of rice or put

Speaker:

some, some rice in a rice cooker.

Speaker:

So it's literally just water and rice.

Speaker:

So obviously water is the main component here.

Speaker:

Uh, along with the rice, it's like 50, 50, right?

Speaker:

and then you go ahead and you take three different jars.

Speaker:

You put rice in each one of those jars.

Speaker:

And then on one jar, you write the words.

Speaker:

I love you on one jar, you don't write anything.

Speaker:

And on another jar you write, I hate you.

Speaker:

Then you take those three jars.

Speaker:

You put 'em in three different rooms.

Speaker:

And each day you go to the jar that says, I love you on it.

Speaker:

And you actually say, I love you.

Speaker:

Then you go to the, uh, you don't go to the middle jar.

Speaker:

That's the neutral jar.

Speaker:

So you pay no attention and you don't say anything to it.

Speaker:

And then you go to the third jar and you say, I hate.

Speaker:

uh, to that jar.

Speaker:

If you watch that rice over time, the rice that says, I love you on it actually looks

Speaker:

in really good shape after like a week.

Speaker:

And then if you look at the middle jar, it might grow a little bit of

Speaker:

mold, you know, just kind of Soso.

Speaker:

And then if you look at the jar that says, I hate you, that

Speaker:

thing grows mold so quickly.

Speaker:

It's crazy.

Speaker:

Uh, and that is just showing that truly the intentions that we are putting

Speaker:

behind, you know, the water in every, and, and the food because food has

Speaker:

water in it as well is so important.

Speaker:

That's why I really believe in giving, uh, gratitude for your food.

Speaker:

When you, uh, before you consume it, really set a good intention there.

Speaker:

Uh, that's also why, you know, grandma's cooking is the best

Speaker:

cooking because they always put that love and intention in there.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

so anyways, definitely go ahead and give that experiment a try,

Speaker:

or you could even try growing, um, two plants that are the same.

Speaker:

So like, let's say you get some cilantro or parsley or some Rosemary

Speaker:

or whatever kind of plant you want.

Speaker:

And if you just go ahead and, you know, take one plant and set it off

Speaker:

in one corner and another plant in the other corner, you know, given

Speaker:

all like, you know, the same water levels and everything like that.

Speaker:

But.

Speaker:

Actually speak to one of the plants and you, and you say loving things to it

Speaker:

that are kind that plant flourishes.

Speaker:

It does so much better than the plant that you do not talk to.

Speaker:

so truly, truly, truly giving a good intention to the water is so important.

Speaker:

There was also a scientist who would flash freeze water and look at

Speaker:

the crystals that it would create.

Speaker:

And he would do things like getting water from a stream and flash freeze

Speaker:

it, and then getting water from, you know, the streets of New York,

Speaker:

basically like a, from a city.

Speaker:

In the gutter.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And he would flash freeze those waters.

Speaker:

And you could see that the ones that were from the nature, from the stream

Speaker:

in, in the wild were these beautiful crystal like structures, but then the

Speaker:

ones from the city were so just like.

Speaker:

I don't even know if you would call it a crystal like structure, it was disgusting.

Speaker:

And then he would do it where, you know, he would, he like say, I love you.

Speaker:

And then say, I hate you do the water.

Speaker:

And then, uh, flash freeze them.

Speaker:

And you would see the difference in the structure.

Speaker:

It's it's really incredible.

Speaker:

The ones you say, I love you.

Speaker:

Two are so beautiful, you know, uh, he would even play different kinds of

Speaker:

music to them and see what would happen.

Speaker:

So remember too, you are 55 to 70% water.

Speaker:

Water is listening.

Speaker:

So whatever you're saying to yourself, You are listening, say beautiful

Speaker:

things and look beautiful, right?

Speaker:

that's a, that's the goal here for connecting to the water element.

Speaker:

Now another form of connecting to the water element is simply spending

Speaker:

time in natural bodies of water.

Speaker:

So this could be a lake, a river, a stream, an ocean, whatever it

Speaker:

may be, try to go out and get connected to those bodies of water.

Speaker:

It is also a form of grounding as well.

Speaker:

So, uh, you can go out there and really just get connected to the water.

Speaker:

Nicely to the water, you know, let it, uh, connect with you.

Speaker:

You can make it as spiritual as you want, or as just scientific as you want.

Speaker:

But nonetheless, it is a really good practice and, uh, you can also

Speaker:

feel the healing properties of the water, and you can also get some

Speaker:

good exercise in the water as well.

Speaker:

If you care to do some swimming.

Speaker:

and then another form of connecting to the water.

Speaker:

And I really enjoy, well, I don't know if I necessarily enjoy it, but I

Speaker:

love the effects of after it's done.

Speaker:

And that is an ice bath.

Speaker:

So if you've never done an ice bath before, um, and you are in Southern

Speaker:

California, my favorite place to go is at space bar wellness, and

Speaker:

they are located in Pasadena.

Speaker:

An awesome setup.

Speaker:

They have a, uh, ice bath.

Speaker:

I think it's called Mora ZKO forge or something like that.

Speaker:

But the water is literally cooled down to like 34 degrees Fahrenheit.

Speaker:

It's extremely freezing, but the after effects of doing an

Speaker:

ice ice bath are so incredible.

Speaker:

You have.

Speaker:

You know, these huge spikes in dopamine and, um, I believe it's

Speaker:

epinephrine or neuro epinephrine.

Speaker:

I can't remember.

Speaker:

I think it's neuro epinephrine, but essentially you feel

Speaker:

incredible after you do a ice bath.

Speaker:

So really, really enjoy that connection to the water there.

Speaker:

And then the last way of connecting to the element water is to simply

Speaker:

cleanse the inner water within you.

Speaker:

So once again, we are a micro form of the planet, right?

Speaker:

We have water within ourselves.

Speaker:

It's just not usually in the form of just pure water.

Speaker:

Obviously it's maybe in the form of blood or lymphatic fluid, but

Speaker:

nonetheless, you need to think of these waters as the waters outside.

Speaker:

So we need to worry about the quality and the purity of the water that we consume.

Speaker:

Just as much as we need to worry about the cur, uh, the quality and

Speaker:

purity of the water inside of us.

Speaker:

And this means doing practices that are going to help cleanse this water,

Speaker:

this internal water within ourselves, a few different ways of doing that are

Speaker:

actually, um, you know, a few things you could take are like activated

Speaker:

charcoal because that will bind to toxins and help remove them from your body.

Speaker:

obviously drinking really high quality water is going to help cleanse the

Speaker:

body and refresh it, refresh the blood, refresh the lymphatic fluid,

Speaker:

which you have a ton of that as well.

Speaker:

It's a very important.

Speaker:

And another way, uh, that I really like to stay cleansed is simply by taking

Speaker:

chlorella or spirulina as well, but chlorella because has really, really

Speaker:

high levels of chroy, which is literally what gives like the, the pigment, the

Speaker:

green pigment color to plants, but it has the, uh, chroy has the highest levels of

Speaker:

chroy out of anything that we know of.

Speaker:

So when you take it, it is extremely detoxifying for

Speaker:

your blood and for your body.

Speaker:

It binds to heavy metals and toxins and helps to remove them

Speaker:

from your body, from your blood.

Speaker:

It's extremely, extremely beneficial.

Speaker:

I take, uh, energy bits Srilina and chlorella mixture.

Speaker:

It's called vitality bits.

Speaker:

It's my favorite.

Speaker:

I take 'em every single day.

Speaker:

I take three to four of them, every single.

Speaker:

and I actually interviewed the founder, Katherine Aton on a previous

Speaker:

podcast, I believe was episode 67, where she just drops so much health

Speaker:

knowledge on all things, algae and spearing and chlorella because, uh,

Speaker:

once again, they are algae, they're a whole food, they're not a supplement.

Speaker:

So really incredible.

Speaker:

Please go listen to that episode.

Speaker:

If you haven't already.

Speaker:

Um, I highly recommend it.

Speaker:

If you want to go ahead and buy some out, I'll have the link in the show

Speaker:

notes and just use code elemental.

Speaker:

You'll get 20% off, uh, for being a listener to this show.

Speaker:

And yeah, it's incredible stuff.

Speaker:

If you don't care to go through energy bits, that's up to you.

Speaker:

You can go ahead and shop around, but there are really.

Speaker:

High quality company.

Speaker:

And, uh, you know, that what you're getting is well worth it, and it's

Speaker:

a very cost effective as well.

Speaker:

Like I said, um, you can get a thousand tablets for, I think it was like a

Speaker:

hundred dollars and that'll last, you, you know, over a half a year right there.

Speaker:

So it's a very cost effective, uh, you know, quote unquote supplement,

Speaker:

but more, a whole food to.

Speaker:

so that that's definitely a great way of making sure we're staying clean

Speaker:

internally in terms of our internal water.

Speaker:

And then on top of that, doing exercises is going to be key for cleansing,

Speaker:

not only our, you know, getting our blood moving so that it's getting

Speaker:

filtered, but also to cleanse our lymph.

Speaker:

Fat fluid.

Speaker:

So doing things like jumping on a trampoline is actually going to, uh,

Speaker:

that's called rebounding and it's going to be really effective in moving

Speaker:

the lymphatic system, which is very important because a lot of toxins

Speaker:

can build up in our lymphatic system.

Speaker:

so making sure we're moving that fluid is gonna be key.

Speaker:

And another way of doing it is just simple exercise.

Speaker:

Any kind of exercise is gonna help move your lymphatic fluid, make

Speaker:

sure it's processing properly.

Speaker:

Um, I've covered it on earlier episodes where I talk about

Speaker:

how exercise is actually.

Speaker:

You know, derived from the term to like, uh, perform like exorcism, right?

Speaker:

Like to remove from the body, which makes sense.

Speaker:

Uh, when you exercise, you are removing toxins from the body.

Speaker:

So definitely exercise is a great way to make sure that you are, uh,

Speaker:

moving your internal fluids and keeping them healthy and clean.

Speaker:

uh, and in terms of connecting to the water element, because I love

Speaker:

to do exercises that also pair really well with the elements.

Speaker:

You can do all these different kinds of flowy, uh, type exercises.

Speaker:

So you could do, you know, a Vinyasa yoga class you could do.

Speaker:

What's called like animal flow, animal style flow.

Speaker:

Um, They're like functional movements.

Speaker:

And, uh, those are really cool.

Speaker:

They're very similar in a lot of ways to, uh, a Vinyasa yoga class,

Speaker:

but, you know, you're kind of flowing like water would naturally flow.

Speaker:

So I, I really enjoy those, uh, styles of workouts.

Speaker:

And also they get into all the little muscles that you didn't know you had.

Speaker:

You know, and, and you're pretty much just using your body weight, but a lot

Speaker:

of the times, uh, that's all you need.

Speaker:

So anyways, those are going to be ways that you can connect to the water element.

Speaker:

Like I said, I'm covering these elements because I want to explain how

Speaker:

these are so beneficial to our health.

Speaker:

They're actually key to our health and making our bodies perform

Speaker:

at the best, uh, highest level.

Speaker:

So, uh, I also explained on the last episode, the earth, uh, earth element

Speaker:

episode that I'm thinking of putting together a, you know, maybe a two week

Speaker:

course where I go through it with you.

Speaker:

Uh, so I would put together a group of people and we would all go through

Speaker:

the course together, similar to the elemental seven day health reset, but

Speaker:

just a really, you know, Course on connecting to the elements and really

Speaker:

improving our health because I've seen so many people gain huge benefit from

Speaker:

my seven day, uh, health reset course.

Speaker:

and I would love to just share that with all of you and really go through

Speaker:

it with you because I feel that's when we really get the best, uh, uh, outcomes

Speaker:

is when we have that accountability.

Speaker:

And I can really kind of share some insert or insider tips on it and just

Speaker:

help you connect to the elements, improve your sleep, improve your

Speaker:

focus, improve your health, make you feel better, make you look better.

Speaker:

Uh, all of that can come from just reconnecting to the elements.

Speaker:

Now, I don't know how many.

Speaker:

Of a special offer, our left that I created a while back because I'm recording

Speaker:

a few episodes at the same time, but, uh, technically there are three, uh,

Speaker:

slots open of this offer that I'm giving.

Speaker:

And it is essentially if you purchase the.

Speaker:

Elemental seven day health reset.

Speaker:

You can get my breathwork or prone Yama course for free.

Speaker:

So I'm doing this just for listeners.

Speaker:

I'm not promoting this on my social media at all.

Speaker:

And I, I was giving away five, two of them were already gone.

Speaker:

Um, and then, like I said, uh, this is.

Speaker:

You know, I'm recording a few episodes at the same time, so there might

Speaker:

not be any, uh, spots left, but nonetheless, go ahead and just shoot me

Speaker:

a message on either Instagram or email.

Speaker:

Those are both linked in the show notes.

Speaker:

And just go ahead and shoot me a message.

Speaker:

Say seven day reset and I'll know exactly what you're talking about.

Speaker:

And if I have any spots open, Which, like I said, there's

Speaker:

technically three open right now.

Speaker:

So, uh, go ahead and try to reach out to me as soon as you can

Speaker:

with the word seven day reset.

Speaker:

And I will go ahead and shoot you over the code to get the

Speaker:

breathwork course for free.

Speaker:

So, Alrighty guys, that is going to do it for today's episode.

Speaker:

If you found any benefit in this episode, It goes so far.

Speaker:

If you share this with family, friends, loved ones, anyone who you feel that

Speaker:

could benefit from these episodes and really, you know, benefit from learning

Speaker:

about this health knowledge in a very, uh, simple and digestible way so that

Speaker:

they can then implement it into their lives and live their best life possible.

Speaker:

That's what this podcast is about.

Speaker:

Honestly, is just providing you with information, to take

Speaker:
