This 100th episode is a compilation of thoughts from six amazing people I have come to know, respect and dare I say love. 

In a flash at midnight on Monday.. I got a message noting the next episode of the podcast would be #100 

I knew immediately the Universe was prodding me to act on the feelings and thoughts I have been struggling with since October 7th,2023.

I wanted to add something of value for you, that could perhaps make things a little less grim. I'm only learning the true importance of selfcare.. first!
