I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

The body constantly talks to you. They've been talking this last week about exactly that the impact of different grief and loss on on your body. And that shows up how it manifests physically, mentally, and emotionally. And ultimately, spiritually right. And again, I'll come back to the definition around spiritually that I like if you're not so deeply, spiritually inclined, but this definition works across the board. And that's our relationship with self and relationship with our community. Now we understand that pretty basic level and external level, but internally, there's no end of depth. So that relationship with self and community because there's a whole other world internally of what's possible. Now, you may have even been down a few rabbit holes about trying to work out what pain What illness or injury means what someone like Louise Hay has got some incredible work around that. Wayne Dyer there's the book. And the author escapes me the body keeps score. There's a heap of work around what each different. Injury illness body part actually means what your body's telling you. German new medicine I've referenced before talking about specific incidents and how that will show up in different sorts of illnesses, injuries, dis ease, the lack of ease in your body. The first step is to identify what's going on, right? So you need to know you need to know what you're dealing with. What actually is playing out in your body? Because sometimes it's like, well, we've kind of got this happening. There's this injury, there's this, this is going on, but it's like but But where's that stemming from? Because I'm sure you've had if you've had any, anything sitting in your body, you know that sometimes it's referred from another part of the body, or the body is amazing how it criss crosses, and you might have something going on in your, your left shoulder and then you start getting something in your right hip. There's so many different areas that we can identify, the most important thing is to start to have that awareness and start to realize that your body is telling you something and to actually acknowledge that. Because the alternative is to is to just go well, I'm just going to treat the symptoms. The phrase that comes to mind is how's that working for you. Because you're just treating the symptoms, you'll stay stuck in a way of living that creates dependency, you end up having to be dependent on certain practitioners dependent on maybe some medication, maybe it's some different support, like ankle support braces or any sort of different things. And it's like well, they just restricting the healing. They actually they're just treating the symptom, they're not treating the cause. So it's it's a very worthwhile exercise to look at all of the different possibilities of what your body's talking to you. I've gotten a number of reference points where I go to, but also start to build my own reference reference points, specifically around grief. You might have heard me talk about before. So it's the first step is being able to identify what's going on for you to having that awareness. The next step is to then go, Okay, well, what have been playing out when this particular injury or illness actually first showed up? Because there's always something there's always an event or an X experience was something that happened that's triggered. This moment, even even injuries. Something happened beforehand, right. So here's a classic example, which I'm pretty sure I referenced before. And I told my friends at uni that all the stress of everything going on at uni was really caving in on me. And I was fast approaching prac teaching, which I was scared shitless of doing. And I said to him on the Friday, it's about a pre break, we're late tomorrow, and I'll have to worry about any of it. Next day, one of the worst breaks I've ever liked, that orthopedic surgeon had seen. And he was quite impressed with his work, I still at the X ray, with all the bits of metal and screws and all the different fracture lines as my leg spiraled, and break in three places. And you can imagine what it looked like when I looked down at it after the injury. But what was playing out then was just high levels of stress and fear around what I had coming up with the future. And not having ability to deal with that sort of stress of feeling isolated, alone. And not supported in so many different areas. There was also a recurring habit of attention, getting attention through injuries. What that injury showed me is that that actually didn't work. That even the broken leg, immobile that attention from some people, but actually just cause more tension from others. So if you look at those major moments, it is about going back and looking at what might be the pattern that's playing out what might be happening, and there you will find the answers there, you'll start to unravel what your body's telling you. But it does take some courage to go okay, well, I'm going to sit with this, I'm going to explore. And as always, I highly recommend getting assistance with this work, because you can spend a lot of more time and more money on trying to find it when there are ways to identify much quicker. I've talked about before around the positive impact for me around acupuncture, going straight to the cause the Kinesiology same sort of thing. But what I've also learned is that sometimes those places can just create new dependency and then it becomes something that you rely on. So less than replacement for what you're experiencing before. But like I said, does take some courage, but it is the first step to healing the grief. So spend some time looking at what's playing out. Don't just keep treating the symptoms there with the cause. Shift the grief and you'll find that physical and then of course mental, emotional and spiritual freedom that will set you free and allow you to back yourself to feel that full confidence in yourself and be able to credit clear direction for your future that at the moment you may not be able to see because of the other stuff playing out.
