Heather struggled with her own gut health issues for years and through her education and experience has developed a proven and tested 3 step framework for approaching gut health. Heather helps others find bloating, constipation, and anxiety relief so they can live a life without fear, anxiety, brain fog, bloat, and constipation! They will touch on such topics as:
