SUMMARY:

We are here by the will of God. It is not by our will, and not by our parents' will, but directly sent here by the will of God. We are not to wander but we must know without a doubt who we are--our specific calling and destiny in Him. This revelation of our destiny often comes through our brother's and sister's in the Lord as we humble our hearts to hear what the Lord is speaking by the Spirit to our hearts.

SHOW NOTES:

  • It's important that we realize how important our part is in the realm of spirit i.e. where God has placed us.

  • This is an unfolding revelation of the how the Lord is moving in this day.

  • Discovering the part we play goes beyond the gifts outlined in the New Testament.

  • He's coming to be glorified in His saints, so we really need to see where He is appearing.

  • When we come together, we need to be conscious of the deposits He has placed in each one.

QUOTATIONS:

  • Christ is not coming from the sky; He's coming in a many membered Body.

  • We are sent here by the will of God, to be Christ in the earth, but it's not gonna be general; it will be very, very specific.

  • He is not coming to be crucified afresh.

  • We lift each other up into that realm of Spirit, and the Spirit of the Lord manifests through that individual.

  • The key is the humbling of ourselves. As we become a product of His workmanship, there's a humbling that God brings in.

  • When we come together, each joint supplying by the love that God has imparted to our hearts, it's the necessity of what every other part needs.

  • I think God loves the mixture of the divine and the human. He's bringing heaven to earth. Christ grows within us in stages as we give ourselves to Him.

REFERENCES:

Ephesians 4:15-16

but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

Romans 12:4-6

For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly.

Ephesians 2:21-22

in whom the whole building being fitted together , is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.

Matthew 25:40

the King will answer and say to them, 'truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.'”

John 17:18, 22

As you sent Me in to the world, I also have sent them into the world. The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one.

TAKE AWAY:

Everything that you have as a son of God has been given to you by God Himself. This often comes from your brother and sister in the Lord. As you humble yourself before one another, you can open up to hear how they are seeing His glory in you. The Body is not an accomplishment of the flesh or the soul; it is coming by the Holy Spirit. God has chosen the lame, the halt and the blind, which makes this creation of the Body of Christ a miracle. As you open up in humility to each member of the Body you find your destiny and yourself being drawn in to a closer relationship with the Lord.

We are here by the will of God. It is not by our will, not by human will, and not by our parents' will, but directly sent here by the will of God. We must know, without a doubt who we are, our specific calling, so that we are not wandering.

Mike

Feel we need to reread Ephesians four here to remind ourselves of what we are doing and becoming.

It says, "But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him. Who is the head, even Christ. From whom the whole body being fitted and held together by that which every joint supplies according to the proper working of each individual part. This causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

Ken

And that's who we are today. And that's what we must realize, in this day, how important our place is in the realm of spirit and the place God has put us.

Ron

I like this unfolding revelation of the Lord because it's not nebulous. It's Christ in you and it's definable. And so you start seeing the prophet in this person, and you start seeing the apostle in this person, and you see the calling in yourself.

I'm seeing what He's becoming in me. It's not nebulous, it's not religious. To me, it's too religious to say, I'm seeing Jesus in you. No, that's, to me, that's nebulous. I'm beginning to see who Christ is in that specific person, in the many membered body of Christ. It's becoming clearer and clearer. I love that because Christ is not coming from the sky.

He's coming in a many membered body. It used to be general to me. I'd hear it and I'd go, I don't get it, but it's clearing up, more and more.

How do you fall in love with Christ in a person? isn't it because you see who they are. Maybe they have an anointing to be a mechanic. And that mechanic, he just has an answer for everything, for cars. He's an answer in the body of Christ, and it's not a religious thing. He's not a preacher. He is not an apostle. He is not a prophet. He is not an evangelist. He is not a pastor. He is not a teacher. He's a mechanic. But he is God's mechanic and is Christ coming forth in the earth.

There's a politician, an anointed man of God, that's a politician that God's raised up You can actually take your walls down and fall in love with that guy because he has something of God in him. I think it's very definable. We are sent here by the will of God, to be Christ in the Earth; but it's not gonna be general. It's gonna be very, very specific. And we're all going to fall in love with ourselves first.

And we're gonna fall love with one another, the Christ in one another. And it's not gonna be yeah, I see this. I just see this little seed. No, you're gonna see the person Christ in one another. I love the way He's doing this. It's so un-religious and it's so much bigger than church. No, it's so much bigger than that.

Lois

He's coming to be glorified in His saints.

Ken

He's not coming to be crucified a fresh. . The relationship we have in the family, there's always going to be that voice. It's like a prophet's voice that says, "Come up a little higher or do this or do that." That's very pertinent and very important.

And that's what the family's all about. We lift each other up into that realm of Spirit, and the Spirit of the Lord manifests through that individual.

Lois

There's the scripture that says, "In that you've done it to the least of these, My brethren, you have done it unto Me."

Dale

We're manifesting the glory of God as we make our growth in Him every day. The key to that is the humbling of ourselves. As we become a product of His workmanship, there's a humbling that God brings in.

Ken

You were mentioning just a moment ago about the glory. And you go into John 17 where Jesus said, "I have given them my glory." When we come into that relationship with God, the first thing that happens is you get His presence, which is His glory.

So when we come together, what we're doing. is we're sharing the glory. That's how we're built up. That's what Ephesians four talks about. Each joint supplying by the love that God's imparted to our hearts. The necessity of what every other part needs. We have the glory of God.

Mike

There is nothing that you or I have that hasn't been given to us by the Lord, it's been imparted to us by our brothers or sisters. You come into this realization that I am who I am because of somebody else. If I didn't yield myself or humble myself in order to open up and receive, then I would've never been given that which could have been imparted to me to help create me to be more like Christ than I am presently.

We've just gotta stay humble and realize that it's the Lord God who is going to manifest Himself through a bunch of people that are the lame, the halt, and the blind. That's the miracle of this whole thing. We can't do it in the flesh. We can't do it in the soul, and it's not by our power, or might, it's by His spirit, says the Lord.

Lois

I think God loves the mixture of the divine and the human. He's bringing heaven to earth where these humans are gonna live on the earth. When we receive His salvation, He's born within us. As we watch our children grow, so we grow. Christ grows within us in stages as we give ourselves to Him. We always reach higher. God loves the mixture.
