Shownotes

In episode 7 of the Joy Superpowers podcast, I’m talking with Ben Page about the Joy Superpower of Being in Nature, with a special focus on forest bathing. Ben is the founder of Integral Forest Bathing in Los Angeles, and he's also the author of "Healing Trees: A Pocket Guide of Forest Bathing". He's been guiding forest therapy walks since 2015 and thanks to his solid knowledge, Ben has been featured in publications like Women’s Health, USA TODAY and Good Morning America.

During my chat with Ben, we cover topics such as:

  • How to rediscover our innate connection with nature
  • What is forest bathing and what are its benefits
  • How to love nature unconditionally
