Hey you lot,

The truth is I am dealing with some fucking epic level stress and personal shit that I shan't go into only to say the next few weeks are going to be exhausting but I am still trying to deliver the episodes weekly. Not in a brave soldier or attention seeking hero kind of way, but because I actually need this podcast now, mentally and as an income source. I love doing it and I love you all for supporting it. So bear with me, I will not let you down.

Anyway enjoy the deeply one-sided episode, and let me know if the volume levels are ok. Can always tweak and re-upload.

I really want to dig into the world of 'Games People Play', the psychology book we end up talking about. It's super interesting even though the text is 57 years old. I am going to read it again and send a copy to Griggs and we will drill down into the theory soon. A fun way to theme some episodes.
