Shownotes

Episode 53 of the Sheffield Digital Podcast features an interview with the man behind the ever-popular and really rather handy @HelpSheffield Twitter account.

The premise behind the account is pretty simple. Got a question or need information about Sheffield? Ask away, get a retweet from the @HelpSheffield account and be amazed at all the lovely people who come to your aid.

In our conversation, we learn how the account got started and what it takes to maintain. We also explore the idea of it being a great example of a fairly low-tech digital service, all run by one man and his phone.

We really enjoyed talking to Phil and his commitment to using @HelpSheffield as a force for good. There is also a HelpSheffield podcast now too. Imagine! Grab your headphones and enjoy.
