• The main tool for mental health maintenance, which is, well, maintenance. Michael talks about it like a garden that needs to be cultivated every day. "Just keep weeding and seeding."
• This time which is so wild makes normal garden maintenance much more like gardening during a monsoon and it can be so sane-making when we treat it as such.
