For many agents just getting started in the business, financial investment seems like the best way to move forward, especially when it comes to marketing. After all, established agents regularly take out billboards and run expensive ad campaigns, so shouldn’t we be following in their footsteps?
The truth is, getting a return on our time is often under-valued, and the problem with that is we end up stressed out and caught up in ‘the grind’ with little to show for it. Plus, most of the time the financial reward isn’t worth the extra pressure, anyway!
