Episode #68 : Jesus Came For You

Fr. Tom has returned to the microphone after spending a week at the School Of The Holy Spirit. In this episode from July 25, 2022, Fr. Tom DiLorenzo reads from and comments upon the first chapter of the gospel of Mark. John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness preaching a baptism of repentance to prepare the way for Jesus, the Messiah. John stated that he baptized people with water for the forgiveness of sins but the one coming after him, Jesus, would baptize people in the Holy Spirit. When Jesus himself was baptized by John, the heavens were torn open and the Holy Spirit descended as a dove on Jesus, while the Father's voice was heard, "You are my beloved son, with you I am well pleased." Jesus came to rescue us all from sin, selfishness, and Satan. Surrender to him today, for 'No one can help you but Jesus, for no one but Jesus knows how'.
