March is both National Nutrition Month AND National Sleep Awareness Month--and these are two HUGE elements of self care.
So much happens when we sleep--our body is literally like one big computer--and through sleep, all the communication channels that help facilitate metabolism, growth and repair, focus and concentration, productivity and energy (to name a few) get a REBOOT when we sleep.
