The bosses celebrated their 25th year in business by taking the whole company on a extravagant weekend at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon bay.

“U.S. Bill of Rights”

First Amendment – Protects freedoms of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.

Second Amendment – Protects the right to keep and bear arms.

Third Amendment – Prohibits the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner’s consent.

Fourth Amendment – Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures; requires warrants based on probable cause.

Fifth Amendment – Provides rights related to due process, including protection against self-incrimination, double jeopardy, and guarantees just compensation for taken property.

Sixth Amendment – Guarantees rights of the accused in criminal prosecutions, including a speedy and public trial, an impartial jury, and the right to counsel.

Seventh Amendment – Preserves the right to a jury trial in civil cases (common law).

Eighth Amendment – Prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.
