There is great power in the land that we live in, our culture. And then the Lord gives us great power personally. So we can choose to follow the past, the land, or the Lord. Whatever pleases us. But we bear the consequences of our decisions. 2) One of the truths that must be taught and cannot be ignored. God wants everyone to be saved, but not everyone will be saved. No, God doesn't always get what He wants. He wants us to be just like Jesus. But we know we fall short. He wants every family member in our households to be saved, but they won't all be saved (and it's a NO-GO on Acts 16). 3) It's time to return to the wisdom of an old friend. We examine a devotion from our brother, Pastor Ray. He dives into the disease of worry and how often we layout a nice table for it and invite it to live in our lives. Some dinner guests should NOT be invited in. There is a proper time to shut the door.
