Initially, it can be difficult to see common ground between being an effective leader and being a servant. But we Christians know that servant leadership was a big part of Jesus’ ministry and is a call for anyone who takes up the mantle of leadership today. What can we do to bridge the gap between being a good leader and being someone that serves others well?

We talk about what it looks like to be a servant leader, the importance of being in a community of guys that will call you out and push you to be your best self, and Aaron’s continuing journey away from arrogance and selfishness toward humility and selflessness.
