Shownotes

Clint Padgett joined PSI (Project Success Incorporated) in 1994,

eventually buying the company in 2005. Since the early days, Clint and his

teams have helped some of the world’s biggest brands—like Coca-Cola—implement

more efficient, accountable, and reliable project management practices. PSI

works with Fortune 1,000 companies across the globe to make agile,

cross-functional business outcome optimization processes more than a temporary

engagement with a strategic partner, but rather a lasting part of

organizational culture that helps teams execute on-time, on-budget, and on-spec

well into the future.

After 37 years, PSI success stories include planning and

executing projects at 15 Olympics, 11 world soccer events, managing hundreds of

products from conception to market over the course of four decades working with

companies like Caterpillar, and training over 41,000 individuals on the Project

Success Methodology, to name just a few.
