Episode 2: On Mary's first day at the dig with Professor Ziegler, she discovers the stunning meaning of her tattoos and her visions. During the following weeks, her Ba—an aspect of the soul recognized in Egyptian religion—is released from her body at night, filling her with anticipation. Several weeks pass, and one day Mary arrives at the tomb before Professor Ziegler, only to find a moment of triumph disintegrate into disaster.
Follow the adventures of Mary as she discovers how the timelessness of quantum physics can connect the past with the present, and how the spirit of Egypt can connect the souls of people in love.
