Episode Transcript (auto-transcribed, please excuse any typos):

Welcome back Today on unjaded I am answering a listener question, and the question is, what is circuitry in human design, and how do I use mine? If you have a question that you would like me to answer live? I love doing this, because I'm a manifesting generator, and it gives me something to respond to. Please connect with me on Instagram. It's Vickie Dickson on Instagram, and I'll link that in the show notes for you so that you can send it along. Welcome to unjaded. I'm your host, Vickie Dickson. This is a podcast with a human design spin on building the life, the relationships and the business that you were made for. Let's dive in. Okay, so what is circuitry? Let's start at the beginning in human design, you will see lots of little numbers all over your body graph. Some of those numbers will be colored in or defined. Those are your gates. For some of your gates, you will also see that they are connected to another gate through a line. The line may be red or black, or red and black or another color. If someone has branded their chart differently, but traditionally, they would be red and black. So the red lines, if you're looking at a traditional chart, and if you're looking at the chart that you got from my website, the red lines are subconscious. And in human design, subconscious is not something that we think of when we think of unconscious in the healing space or in the spiritual place. We think of things that we're doing unconsciously, and we want to maybe fix them, or we want to get more in tune with them. It's not like that in human design. Is it's something that you brought in in your body to have this trip around with. And it's it's not something that's changing, nor is it something that you need to change. And the black is energy that you're more conscious of, you're more aware of it's your personality. It's probably you hear about those gates on that are colored in black, and you're like, oh, yeah, I can totally relate to that, whereas the red sometimes other people will see it in you, but you can't Regardless, these lines that are colored in are called channels. So if you have a full line from one number to another number that is called a channel, and each channel, there are 32 channels, and each channel fits into one of three, slash four types of circuitry. So we have integration circuitry, individual circuitry, collective circuitry and tribal circuitry. And I'm not going to go through which channels are in which circuits, because we could be here all day, and that's a lot of information. More than you need to understand how to use your circuits. So what you really want to know is what type of circuitry you have. And chances are, you have a mix. Actually, I've worked with hundreds of people, done hundreds and hundreds of readings to date, and then also coaching and the content by design course, and all of those things. And I've only seen one person who has more than one channel, and it's all one type, and it's actually my daughter. She has all individual circuitry. I wish I had had human design when I was raising her. Oh my gosh. Oi, yay. So someone with individual circuitry has a lot of mutative energy in them. They have a lot of, obviously, individuality. They are here to be themselves. Above all else, I find that these are often people in their businesses that have to do things their own way and can't really be tied down with being bothered with, you know, a ton of one on one clients, or, you know, holding people accountable to things. They're more people who lead by example, I would say, with individual circuitry. Now, again, you may, you probably do have a mix of different kinds of circuitry, but for her, she's all individual circuitry. So it's, it's got to be all about what's going to keep her happy and satisfied in her life. She's a manifesting generator. So we're looking for satisfaction. I attended Vickie's content by design course in the spring of 2024 and my company is called Mastering your human design. And we had just done a brand pivot, a major, major brand pivot. So it was the very beginning of this brand pivot, where I started to work with Vickie. So the results are not as much in terms of followers or in terms of engagement, but it's more in terms of my ability to create that going forward as a result of this. Course, the things that I think are the measurable results are I am so much more confident on social media than I ever was before. I actually enjoy it. My copy is a lot tighter and focused. My time is being used so much more efficiently when I am in the mode of creating content, and you get all of these techniques, but the main thing for me was being able to be super, super confident about what I'm writing and who I'm writing it for, and that I'm writing it in a way that's going to engage my audience. And the last thing is as a manifesting generator who practices human design, Vickie as a manifesting generator helped me really lean into my response.

Then there's collective circuitry, and collective circuitry is about. Collective it's about having a big impact on a lot of people. There are many, many, many different energies in the collective circuit. There's abstract energy and logic energy in this in this circuit. So you may have all abstract you may have all logic, you may have a mix of both. You may not have any. Nothing is right or wrong. In my practice, I find that people with a lot of collective circuitry. Do really, really, really well with group programs. This is my energy. So my energy is individual, slash integration and collective I don't have any tribal circuitry in my design, and I do really, really well with delivering group programs. I don't do so great with one on one coaching. I don't have the energy to be one on one for a long period of time, and that's because I don't have tribal circuitry. So that brings us to tribal circuitry. Tribal circuitry is, as you would expect, about caring for the tribe. It's all about supporting the tribe and making sure that the tribe has what they need. People with a lot of tribal circuitry, in my opinion, make really good one on one coaches, because they can be with you in it for as long as it takes. If you have a lot of tribal circuitry, you probably really enjoy being with your clients for a long period of time and seeing them through whatever it is that they're working through on a one on one basis. That doesn't mean you can't do group. That doesn't mean you can't lean by example, it just means that you probably shine with one on one, support, accountability, things like that. So integration, integration circuitry is all about survival of the self. So a lot of times you'll hear it put in with individual circuitry, individual and integration. It's all about empowerment of the self, empowerment of the individual. And that's not selfish. That's just how the design is. These are the people that absolutely must do what they love and love what they do. They are miserable. I am miserable if I'm not doing what I want to do. I need work that lights me up, and I have an innate knowing, and if you have in integration circuitry, then you probably have this innate knowing of what needs to happen in order to move things forward in your life. It's just this deep knowing that that's just there. So how do you use your circuitry in your business? I think that it's really important to understand that, if I were teaching, this is kind of like the middle of a sentence here, but I'm just like, I'm thinking, if I were teaching a human design course, I would start with circuitry. In most human design courses, it gets put on towards the end, because we start with type and strategy and authority and profile, and we learn all of the things, and then we add circuitry on. But that's not how the human design chart or body graph is built. It's built on circuitry. So think of the circuit board in your house. It controls everything. And that's the same about your circuitry in your design. So when you're looking at your chart, if you can kind of put out of your mind for a minute, whatever your type is, whatever your strategy is, all of that stuff, just kind of put it out of your mind for a minute and look only at your channels, only at your circuitry, and look and see what kind of circuitry Do you have, and what do the channels in that circuitry mean? What messages do they have for you? Because there's the messages as the gates. But then when you put two gates together, you get not an entirely different message, but you get a deeper message, let's say a deeper message of how those two gates work together when they're connected, when you have the whole channel. So I'm just going to invite you to kind of play in your design a little bit. If you've been in human design, even if you haven't been in human design for a little bit, start to play in your channels, in your circuitry, and see what changes for you. Look up the channels that you have, they'll be listed on your chart, but also you can see between the numbers and look up what circuit that falls in, and then read about how that circuit plays out in life and in business. And like I said, tribal circuitry lends itself really well, best, I would say, to one on one work and collective circuitry definitely is about group work, individual integration circuitry is about leading by example, showing others the way by keeping yourself on your own path. That's the most important thing. So how can you bring the energy of your own circuits and your own channels into your business? That's something that you get to play in. Because remember that human design is an experiment. So I invite you to start to experiment, start to learn about your circuitry, start to learn about your channels, and experiment and see where your experiment takes you. It's coming. If you're tired of being a slave to the algorithm and you're really ready to claim your place in the online space, then this message is for you. I'm getting ready to launch another live round of the content by design course, where you learn to leverage your human design so that you can create content that draws your ideal clients to you with ease, without feeling yucky or salesy, and definitely without being a slave to the algorithm. We work on blog posts and email sequence. Is, and podcast episodes and social media posts and all of the things, because no matter what you're creating, it needs to come from who you are here to be what you're here to say, how you're here to say it, and who you're here to say it, to get on the wait list.
