The day I had been dreading for a while actually arrived yesterday. And it was a bit like the voiceover at the beginning of Hong Kong Phooey...(you will have to imagine the voice)

Why was this a day you weren't looking forward to?

Was it the Dentist? Imagine Henry the mild mannered janitor shaking his head.

Was it the first day back at work after a week off? Henry shaking his head again.

Was it filling the car with diesel? Henry: "could be"

At the point when the nozzle clicked I was at the princely sum of £111.99. I wandered into the kiosk to pay, and after asking for my nectar card the person behind the counter smiled empathetically and said she wasn't going to say the amount aloud because I already look traumatised enough, and was I paying by card.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
