Russ Gorman knew he wasnted to play golf whenhe retired.  He just didn't realize that he would figure out a way to turn his hobby into a new career.  Russ leveraged his corporate contacts from years working in large corporations, and before he knew it, he was opening corporate mini-pro shops and giving private corporate lessons.  From there, he added Don Draper and his corporate network and has been able to expand his services and his products.  These guys love the game of golf and they make a great case for the idea that golf is nearly the perfect lifelong sport.  They encourage everyone to to have a lifelong sport, and golf meets all of their criteria.
