Welcome to The Journey You Own Meditation Series with Jyothi V. Robertson, DVM. This meditation begins with a focus on the breath and a body scan, relaxing and releasing tension from different areas of the body, from the face to the feet. The practice also includes moments of silence, allowing you to become aware of any thoughts or judgments that arise and gently returning to the breath.

Through this meditation, Jyothi encourages a sense of curiosity and non-judgment towards our breath, thoughts, and sensations, creating a safe space for self-care and self-compassion. The session closes with a few minutes of gratitude and compassion towards ourselves for showing up and committing to this practice.
