Shrewsbury Food Festival 2024

Aaah the feeling of familiarity, The Dirty Rockin' Scoundrels in the background, the smell of food surrounding me and Liam Tinsley sneaking up behind us mid-interview. It must be Shrewsbury Food Festival and it just wouldn't be the same without me charging around with a mic.

This is a collection of interviews with independent stall holders, chefs and of course Shropshire Festivals gaffer Beth Heath.

I love these episodes because even though they are in essence the same concept, we get something different ever year. This year we went with a question that we asked almost everybody. "If you had to cook 1 dish to impress, what would you cook?" and we got some really interesting (and quit frankly shocking) answers.
